Great selection - Edit
Loads of choice for vegans and really tasteful. Lots of little dishes like a tapas to have. Very flavourful and cheap.

They'll forget they're eating vegan - Edit
Fantastic modern Indian street food. Nice environment and great, varied selection on the menu. Great place to bring people who aren't vegan to taste food so good they forget all about meat.

Lovely food! - Edit
Great food as always and a really good range of options. It’s just a little bit too expensive for the portion size, but a treat nonetheless! We ordered off the indochinese limited edition menu, and the food was lovely.

Amazing, but stairs - Edit
Bundobust is always a hit, even with my meat-eating friends and family. There's so many vegan options.
Read moreThe only downside is the accessibility - there's a flight of stairs to go down to enter the restaurant

Great flavours 4.5 stars - Edit
Had the Paratha & Thepla which was delicious, my favourite out of the 3 dishes. Really liked the paratha and enjoyed the tomato chutney, it was similar to a nicely flavoured passata and the Achar pickle tasted like olives, so if you like that then you will like the Achar pickle.
Read moreCobis nu shack was my second favourite, nicely sliced vegetables that actually tasked like they were pickled. Loved the pieces of ginger in it, could have had more!
Tarka dhal and rice was fine but came out quite small, the dhal was on top of the rice so for the price, I felt that this one should be bigger in portion size, although the photo on the website is accurate.
Staffs were lovely.
The menu is clearly marked regarding what is vegan and what is vegetarian.
The place is quirky, not a fan of the benches though, too hard.

Delicious Indian street food - Edit
Went for lunch midweek and it was very empty. Got the lunch express menu which is good value for money. Wide range of vegan options - would definitely recommend getting okra fries (they were amazing)!!!

Delicious & allergen friendly! - Edit
It’s actually disgraceful that I lived in Manchester most of my life and only now have visited Bundobust 😅 Visited with friends and the food was incredible - everyone’s food arrived at the same time despite it being a very large order!
Read moreSo many gluten-free & vegan options available, I was actually a bit overwhelmed with the choice at first as I normally only have one or two menu choices to choose from! One friend also has a nut allergy and this was catered for with no problem at all - staff were very helpful.
Couldn’t recommend more and will be back in the future.
Pros: Great with allergens, Lots of vegan options, Lots of gluten-free options

Fresh tasting and excellent chutneys to compliment the dishes. Fresh, pretty healthy and mostly vegan.
The ginger and tamarind cider goes well with the dishes.
I’ve been twice in 24 hours. Highly recommended.
Pros: Great value , Chilled vibes , Good healthy food

Piccadilly Palare - Edit
Beer and curry is the talk of the town here. Spacious and colourful with an impressive range of locally brewed ales and some from further afield. The food menu is astounding in my opinion. Simple, tasty and filling street food. Having been to the Leeds branch numerous times it was a pleasure to try one of the two Manchester openings. The okra fries are always a must and the rest is up to you. Expect to pay £40 to £50 per couple these days.

Vibe was good with a nice selection of beers brewed by them - pretty much all vegan. Menu was very vegan friendly. Okra fries are something to behold quite honestly! Ate the food so quickly that I completely forgot to take photos! Fairly priced.

Tasty food and an all-round good vibe. The vegan options hit more than they miss. The okra fries are addictive. All items are clearly marked on what's vegan and what's veggie. Nice beer, too. You can't go wrong!

Nom nom, out and about in Manchester and took a non veggie bod to Bundo for the win, and I did win! Ordered some of the classics from the menu and everyone was happy.

Read moreWas going to have the Vegan Combo for 2 but my non vegan boyfriend preferred the sound of the Indo-Chinese Combo for 2 that is currently the special. It came with 6 dishes with 4 of them being vegan.
Enjoyed all 4, the Tofoo was really good but the Salt and Pepper Okra fries were the best! The Miso Kheera was really good, who knew cucumber could taste so good?!
Pros: Lots of options clearly labelled , Nice atmosphere , Friendly staff
Cons: Seating on benches is not the best , Maybe a vegan dessert would be good

Amazing food but some downsides to the place - Edit
High quality food with some twists on staple Indian curries! The place is definitely one of the hip dining hotspots with all up- and downsides that come with it: Fast reliable service, excellent food as a plus. Loud music, fashionable but uncomfortable seating and disposable tableware as minus!

Indian street food, beer and cocktails. - Edit
Lively place offering Indian street food, craft beer and cocktails. All the cocktails are vegan! We ordered some far far while we were waiting and it was exactly what you want when you are drinking a nice cold beer. We also ordered the Vegan combo for 2 (£33), it included Sweetcorn Chevdo, Okra Fries, Sprout Bhajis, Bhel Puri, Raghda Pethis, Chole Saag. Everything was really tasty but felt like way too much food for two people. You definitely need to be hungry if you order it. The bhajis, sweetcorn chevo and okra fries were a particular highlight. The other dishes were tasty but were a little too similar to each other in taste and texture.
