Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers many different types of tamales. None of them are made with lard, and there are a number of vegan options, which may include chipotle black bean, nopales and salsa, chipilin, sweet corn, and vegetable. Also has alternative milk for coffee drinks. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm, Sat 10:00am-3:00pm. Closed Sun.

Excellent tamales!

They seem to have 4 varieties of vegan tamales at the moment though I think the exact flavors might change with the seasons. I tried the chipotle black bean and nopales tamales and both were excellent. The nopales was my favorite! I will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Edit: Came back with friends and tried the mixed veggie tamal as well as the nopales. The nopales is still my favorite, but all the vegan ones are delicious!

Super good tamales and friendly service

I was there with my Omni BF who’s GF, so perfect place for us. I had the black bean and a mixed veggie tamale. I’ll be back.

Pros: Vegan choices , Large tomales (1 might have been enough but I had , Inexpensive

Cons: Horchata isn’t dairy free

Vegetarian and vegan tamales are to die for!

I especially liked the nopales-filled tamale. The prices are low and the tamales are huge! Next time I’ll have to try the pupusas.
