Fine dining at its best - Edit
Phenomenal fine dining experience! I had The Three Sisters option without cheese. The corn is locally grown and made into masa on site. The dish was topped with a very unique mole, beans, bok choy, pepitas and sesame seeds. Beautiful gardens all around. I highly recommend outdoor seating. I’m often disappointed by fine dining vegan options as they’re expensive and lame. But this was actually something special.

Service and food was Perfect - Edit
This place is reservation only because it’s literally so unbelievably delicious. It is not vegan but they have vegan options. We arrived at our table and a server immediately and kindly came over to discuss the menu and my options with me as he knew I was vegan and gf from the reservation we made. I’m also gf so I had a few less options than someone who would eat gluten. There are two salads on the menu that can be made vegan. I got the field greens without cheese and I don’t even know how such a simple salad can taste so good. We also got the pickle jar which can be made vegan by asking for no quail eggs. Also unbelievable. The server recommended the mole Amarillo to me which seemed to be the only veg entree but it was so freaking good. It was a blue corn tamale with mushrooms and black beans smothered in an Amarillo sauce with root veggies and popped amaranth. I know this isn’t a vegan place which would usually turn me away the fact that they only had one entree to pick from but I’m so glad I stayed it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
