Reopened in 2019 and switched to all-vegan. Owner is the chef who makes pasta dishes like tagliatelle with curcuma and grano arso flowers, ravioli, pici and lasagna, in addition to fresh salads like spaghetti di zucchine and pinzimonio with hummus. Also on menu are creamy vegetable soups, a selection of brushchetta. In the morning, breakfast consists of croissants, muffins, crostata, cookies, tramezzini, sandwiches, fresh orange juice, cold press vegetable and fruit juices, coffee. Check webpage for time updates. Lunch 12-2pm Sat-Sun. Open Fri-Sun 19:30-21:00, Sat-Sun 12:30-14:00. Closed Mon. Times listed as for kitchen hours.

My husband and I were wine tasting in Tuscany and drove an hour just to visit this restaurant and boy I’m glad we did. It’s one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at! I called ahead to make a reservation. Everything was amazing. We started with a beet dip appetizer and bread. I had eggplant Parmesan, which was amazing. My husband is not vegan, but he had a beyond burger and potato wedges. Also amazing. And we finished with the most decadent vegan tiramisu. Such an amazing restaurant in Tuscany! If you are vegan, you must visit this place. And even if you aren’t vegan, you’ll still love it!

Amazing vegan ‘Italian style’ food in the heart of medieval-like town - Edit
We had lunch at Ciriera Osteria and loved it so much we booked a table for dinner the next day straight away. All vegan menu, yet traditional Italian style! The bruschetta are amazing, so is the gazpacho. Also tried the hummus with veggie plate, the quinoa ‘meatballs’, the pesto pici (homemade), the turmeric tagliatelles, the rosemary white beans....and what can I say about the dessert... yum yum yum!!! The tiramisu is flawless and the chocolate cake is rich and moist (?too rich for some, not for me ). Using local and seasonal ingredients, really trying hard to make this vegan restaurant fit in traditional Italian style. And it is so cheap we asked how big the portions were but don’t be fooled, you’ll be satiated with a couple of dish and a dessert! Wine is local and was great! We also bought cookies and wish we had bought more for the rest of our trip!

This was such a lovely place with a terrace out front. Nice menu with plenty to choose from and really friendly staff. I had the curcuma tagliatelle with mushrooms and the tiramisu, both of which were delicious! I got a blueberry muffin to go for breakfast and regretted not buying more!

As an all vegan place it offers you a wide variety of choices which are all delicious, even my non vegan family really enjoyed this place (we've been twice so far). The owner and staff are very friendly. The owner and his wife also have a pizzeria that isn't far from this cafe which has incredible pizza (I ordered the vegetariana without mozzarella and with onions instead of mushrooms and chilli oil - it was 👌🏼). The pizzeria is not vegan (the owner says he's working on it) but you can still custom make a great pizza and they serve 12 flavours of vegan ice cream so it's worth a visit. We've also been to the pizzeria twice and can imagine we'll be going back to one of these if not both again - 10/10 would recommend to a friend

High quality and tasty vegan Tuscan food prepared for a very professional lady who serves you with a beautiful smile. The tagliatelle con verdure was delicious and full of flavours. And the desserts.. as a vegan, it was like a dream. ;)
