Great Vegetarian and Vegan Options - Edit
I have the Umami bowl and it was delicious! They have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast along with fresh pressed juices.

Best vegan savory brunch option in Amsterdam - Edit
Since switching from vegetarianism to veganism in February I have been scouting my old favourite brunch places for good vegan options, and Dignita now offers a vegan version of the Chook Norris sandwich (celeriac 'steak', black beans, avo, pickled onion, Chipotle sauce) a few other options (the brioche and the granola for sweet options and the Fattoush salad and the soup of the day for savory options). Most filling and satisfying vegan meal I've had out in a restaurant that's not fully vegan in a long time! Really so happy with this - especially since the Hoftuin location is such a gem to hang out in!

I was there and saw some vegan options on the menu. Special dishes could also be created on request. Nice team and in a good mood.
