The plant based tacos were good, pretty spicy but not really filling enough to be a full meal. It’s a good vegan-as-is option in the parks, but not the best thing I’ve ever had.
Small taco stand with one vegan option, tasty, spicy - Edit
One vegan taco with soyrizo and a plant-based crema. It was tasty. The soyrizo was a decent level of spicy (what you would expect for soyrizo) but I had one particular bite which must have had some jalapeño added to it because that bite was incredibly spicy.
I saw online that they have vegan nachos, but later noticed you have to request them. Was bummed because we went there for that and didn’t see it on the menu.
Got there after dinner. Ordered the chorizo potato tacos and brussels sprout tacos, and after a few minutes of waiting (with not much of a line) they told us there were no more potatoes. Instead they made 2 brussels sprout taco plates. They were definitely full of flavor and worth while, but we were still bummed we didn’t get our nachos we went there for. Plus, we didn’t get the chorizo tacos we ordered.
However, it was nice to see the couple (that reminded me of my hispanic grandparents) behind us ordered the plant-based tacos too!!
The plant based tacos are THE BEST! Vegan chorizo and potato meat with vegan creama are my favorite option in the park. You can also veganize the backlot nachos by asking for vegan chorizo and vegan cheese and YUM! So good.

Read morePros: A vegan option , The vegan option actually has a protein (soyrizo), The crema on the vegan taco was good
Cons: Not open for breakfast , Hard to find (small red taco truck) , Small menu

Great food w/ taco truck experience! - Edit
Place is tucked back in the Hollywood area of California Adventure. We had the tacos and requested vegan nachos. Both were yummy!
