But the sushi maki rolls were good. Expensive, which you can expect from that kind of restaurant haha. But the staff was very friendly and service minded.

They don't have many vegan things, maybe three different things. And I thought it was quite expensive for the amount of food you got.

A bar and restaurant. Friendly, lively staff. Hello he vegan options are limited but include a sushi platter. Sushi roll was lonely and included vegan mayo.

East offers a 12-piece platter of vegan sushi and a generous appetizer to start. Sushi is mainly asparagus, avocado, tofo skin, and tempura. There’s a large wine and beer list.

The best asian I’ve had for a while - Edit
We were two, and we shared our meal. We had zucchini rolls (sushi kind of), soybeans and broccoli as a side and the ”tofu ginger &chilli” as a main course. SO GOOD !!! such a shame they also serve meat. Restaurant is cozy, staff is kind. also a shame that they have an aquarium as a decoration. But this is really a great place to visit if the vegan options are closes or far away.

Good although limited vegan options - Edit
The vegan menu items at East are no longer the same ones shown on the profile pictures, but there are still a handful of them on the menu and they are clearly marked as vegan. I had the Tofu with broccoli and chilli lemon sesame sauce which was delicious. Good alternative for eating out with non-vegs, it is a very popular spot in the Stureplan area so it is worth marking a reservation.
