A lovely little place with tasty vegan food and friendly staff. There's lots to choose from, including some new things they've added to the menu such as a poke bowl and burrito. They also have some desserts to choose from, I went for tiramisu which was yummy 😋 the only all vegan place in the town which is a big pro!! Not loads of seating but they do takeaway also.

We had vegan lasagne, falaffel, cheesefake and loving mani. All was delicious and the whole family enjoyed the meal! My husband even said, it was the best meal he had in two weeks of holiday. Thank you, team of El MedVeg!

I started drooling when first looking at the menu and I left the place fully satisfied!
Read moreBeing hungry I opted for a small salad for starters and seeing/smelling the lasagne (someone else was having it) I decided that would be my main course.
The salad was served in a nice wooden bowl and tasted as nice as it looked. I don't know what the dressing was but they nailed it!
Following the salad was the lasagne and I have to say I've never had such a good lasagne in my life. I was blown away by the taste and I don't think I've ever had Italian food taste this good. Having had pastas and lasagnas (both veggie and with meat) in a lot of places, including on a visit to Italy, I didn't expect the best to be found in El Médano. They left me wanting more and I'll definitely come back before I leave the island to try more.
Finishing off the meal I tried their Cheesefake it while being fake cheese the taste was very real. Had to stop myself from getting seconds but I definitely won't skip dessert next time either.
The server was super nice and the place looked super clean and well thought through. Big nature vibe with loads of plants.

Welcome discovery in El Médano - Edit
We were lucky enough to find this brand new, fully vegan place during their first 2 weeks of opening. We both enjoyed their beautiful vegan lasagna, freshly made and simply served - such a delicious comfort treat. And a lovely chat with their friendly team who made us feel very welcome. Nice fresh decor inspired by their 100% plantbased credentials and beach-town vibes. I hope any vegans visiting this part of Tenerife will show this sweet new business all the support and love.

I was very happy to be surprised with a fully vegan option in this part of Spain. 2-3 minutes from the main beach in El Medano, delicious food, friendly staff, wonderful design. Will be returning next time I am in this part of the world

This place just opened and is run by a bunch of amazing, super friendly Italians. Being vegans themselves they were disappointed there were no great options in El Medano yet, so they started their own restaurant. And we’re so glad they did! The food is great. We had the zucchini pesto noodle and salad (amazing sauce/dressing) as starters. Both delicious and pretty healthy I’d say. For mains we enjoyed the aubergine lasagna and the veggie burger. Absolutely recommend. Finished off with the cheesefake and the peanut butter chocolate cake/biscuit, all the while enjoying some beer and kombucha from the islands. If you’re in El Medano definitely check this place out.
