Unforgettable experience - Edit
In fact 95% of their menu is vegan and the menu can be veganized upon request. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes are presented beautifully and the chef takes the time to talk every table through each course. The flavours are sensational and we loved the originality of each dish. The wine pairing is on par as well. The decor is beautiful without being pretentious and every single person working there is friendly and very attentive. The owners also have the cutest Border Collie and we ended up throwing a stick to him between courses as we simply couldn’t resist his puppy eyes.

Read moreThe food is very varying though. Although I like the concept Entropy has, the food varies in qulity. One dish are different leaves, which is interesting, but not very tasty, and the salad had rocks in it. However, some of the other dishes were amazing.
They had some good beers, but I don't like that they only have natural wines.
Amazing that they have a social twist where they provide food to disadvantaged people. This is definitely a place worth supporting.

Maybe the best vegan gastronomic restaurant in Brussels - Edit
I've been there last year and found it nice but not great. But since Sept 2023 the restaurant is now fully vegetarian, and almost fully vegan, so I had to give it another try. And it was great ! I would give 5 stars but it's not possible as the restaurant is not yet listed as fully vegetarian.
Read moreThe menu was very creative and each dishes ranges from very good to absolutely amazing. I asked for the vegan menu which was almost identical to the vegetarian one; maybe a coupe of dishes were slightly differents.
Make sure to book in advance and ask for the vegan menu when booking.

Amazing experience - Edit
Went here for a work event in January 23. Amazing experience, incredibly attentive staff, great wines and excellent food. They made me extra vegan options (95% was vegan already). Cute small restaurant and nice ambiance. Great attention to detail, locally sourced ingredients and great concept, all profits go to their initiative.
