Lots of great options for breakfast, brunch and dinner. We tried the dinner menu with a glass of local red, had lovely and interesting food with friendly and efficient service, and loved the mini-size dessert options as we were able to taste more this way. Our little dog was also treated kindly with a water bowl and treats! Would love to come back and have more of the menu, it all sounded and looked fantastic! Not your boring veggie alternative, definitely thought through and worth a try. I can especially recommend the cappellacci and the cecina.

I absolutely loved this spot! The building inside is cool and modern and you're greeted by lovely staff. There is a restaurant area but we just sat in the cafe side. There are numerous sandwiches, cakes, croissants etc to choose from. I had a farinata sandwich with vegan mayo, rocket in a tumeric roll. And an apricot jam croissant which was amazing. Also got a chocolate torte slice to take away. 2 people's lunch with drinks & dessert was €20.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo cenato qui a fine agosto e che dire? Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Piatti molto buoni e ricercati. Dagli antipasti ai primi, secondi e dolci tutto veramente buono e curato. Servizio ottimo, tutto curato nel dettaglio. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che al mattino successivo eravamo di nuovo qui a fare colazione. Personale super gentile e disponibile. A mio parere prezzi corretti per i piatti offerti. Tappa da non perdere se si passa per Grosseto.

L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. Si riconosce un luogo con valori etici forti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo hamburger. Porzioni perfette. E la bavarese con pistacchi di Bronte è indimenticabile. Si possono anche acquistare prodotti vegan, bio ed ecosolidali. Ci torneremo alla prossima visita a Grosseto.

Locale totalmente vegetale, qualità ottima delle materie prime. Creatività culinaria molto spiccata, non banale. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, panini, insalata, dolce erano spettacolari. Lo consiglio vivamente, tappa da non saltare. Per quello che abbiamo mangiato, abbiamo speso il giusto.

Last year I stayed in Grosseto during summer and I had the opportunity to eat at Essenza very often. Nothing I tasted wasn’t good, they have a very high quality standard regarding food and my boyfriend (omnivore) loved their cheesecake!

Un sitio excepcional, es muy difícil encontrar un sitio así, tienen un montón de cosas, croissants, dulces de todo tipo, sándwiches muy ricos, yogures, tartas, mmmm.... Para ir a cenar o a desayunar, esta genial; el café no esta muy buena la verdad.

Lo que si he probado es la Beyond Burger que hacen ahí con queso de trufa, una pasada. El helado de coco allá monella es increíble!! En general todo lo que hacen esta muy muy bueno y todo 100% VEGAN, con lo cual si eres vegano/a puedes comer cualquier cosa tranquilo/a.
Las camareras que trabajan ahí te atienden super bien y son muy pero que muy majas.

Tried lots of buffet entrees. They cook with way too much oil for me! I prefer little or none. Essenza offers homemade vegan gelato as well. I tried pistachio and dark chocolate on a cone and can say it was the best vegan gelato I have ever eaten.

If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't believe it!!! I am impressed by the amount of varieties of organic vegan food offered at "Essenza Love Natural Food". They serve 20 different meals at their buffet which are all vegan. They serve so many 100% plant based sweets, vegetarian cookies 🍪, cakes and even five different varieties of vegan ice cream, that it would be impossible to taste them all in one week! I took a plate and tried all the dishes, each single one of them was fantastic. The range of high quality creative dishes goes from fermented broccoli over seitan balls, pasta, lasagna, potatoes 🥔, rice to fresh exclusive mushrooms (not champignons)!! They offer various tofu dishes which can convince even the last carnivore 🦁 to try a vegan dish. They satisfy the sweet, sour and spicey taste receptors at an equal level! They serve freshly grinded organic coffee of atleast three different regions! I had an ecological "Orangutang" coffee which was carefully prepared with a lot of dedication. We can even find various books 🏫 to learn about veganism and sustainability. I met one of the owners of the restaurant personally, she is very passionate about vegetarianism and even takes part in manifestations to educate the society about the issues our lovely animal 🐄 friends face in our society. In this restaurant dogs 🐕 are more than welcome and they also collect donations for veg animal rights organisations. They sell many organic vegan products like plant based soy milk, coconut milk, organic coffee powder, bio tea, eco beer artesanal or biologic cacao chocolate. Even with little time we can jump in to buy some veggie sandwiches 🍞 for take-away. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with many details and beautiful natural authentic art. It is a big place which is divided into a restaurant in the back which offers space for atleast 60 humans and in the front it offers a cafe space with some more tables. There is enough space to celebrate a vegan wedding. I also saw that they had prepared a birthday cake 🍰 on order, so whatever the veggie needs can be found here! I would always recommend this place to any human who wants to be inspired on his way to a peaceful healthy lifestyle and who wants to give bio veggie food a try. This place makes my heart 💓 shine and my smile grow with every thought about it. Thanks so much for creating such an inspiring lovely place!

I had the lunch buffet and had a bit of almost everything😄I also had a small chocolate dessert and ice cream with a vegan cone!! All of it was very tasty and if stayed in the area longer I would most certainly have returned for more!
