The owners were happy to make me a custom sandwich. - Edit
I was even offered a free kombucha, probiotic soda or fermented coffee for my wait. There are also many packaged vegan products and fresh vegetables and a wide variety of pickled products. The sandwich is worthy of five stars.

A rotating weekly menu that always has at least one delicious vegan option. The chef experiments with fantastic flavor pairings and incorporates house made fermented foods in many of their dishes. Water kefir and kombucha always on tap and rotating flavors as well. Peruse their fermented foods refrigerated case and their local food items while waiting for your made to order food, or if you’re in a time crunch, grab and go from the case.
