Serves meat, vegan options available. Fotografiska is a photography museum that operates two onsite restaurants: a formal one with set menus of which one is usually vegan, and a less formal bistro with vegan dishes and cakes. Better to reserve ahead to ensure seating. Has a private dining room available for booking. Does not accept cash. NOTE: the formal restaurant is closed during covid-19 restrictions but the bistro is open. Please note that many businesses in Sweden are cashless. Open Mon-Sun 11:00-21:00.

Nice little snack between exhibitions - Edit
We had a portobello macka and a couliflower soup (gf), both were very tasty.
Read moreThe customer service needs improvment, the cashier did not make us feel very welcome. It was almost like they could not be any less interested, a pretty odd experience.
Good brew coffee😄
Pros: Portion sizes, Taste, Views
Cons: Bad customer service, Very loud music, No sweet vegan options

Little options but verry good pizza - Edit
The bistro is at the top of the Fotofrafiska museum. The place is fancy. There is not a lot of vegan options (one starter, one pizza and one sorbet) but the pizza was really tasty (mushrooms, salad, Swedish cabbage and oat crème fraîche)

A bit overpriced - Edit
I had some snacks on their summer terrace. The place is nice and the view is amazing. They have some vegan options on their menu and others can be made vegan. Nothing I had was bad but a bit underwhelming. While the drinks are very fairly priced, i feel the food is a bit overpriced…

Awesome museum, awesome view and good vegan options - Edit
We had a salad and a dish of mushroom dumplings. The salad had to be "veganized" and the dumplings were already fully vegan. The salad was good, if a little bit to heavy on the vinegar souce and the dumplings were absolutely great. They also have a nice selection of alcohol/cocktails and an amazing view of Stockholm. Highly recommended as a way to wrap up a visit in the museum.

It’s fine - more like a snack - Edit
The pizza base is really good, but the toppings are a bit lacking. Could be improved by adding more toppings like veggies or vegan protein. A vegan cheese or some olive oil on top would be nice. Definitely not enough if you are hungry.
Read morePros: Pizza crust, Fresh
Cons: Not enough for a meal, Needs more toppings , Needs more vegan options

Tasty but fickle - Edit
We were there in the evening. They told us they could make the pizza vegan, but when we were seated they said they were out of certain ingredients. So we just had a regular vegetable pizza without cheese. It was good but nothing special. The fried broccoli was very good instead but only a starter for size. Service was ok but not overwhelming.
Read moreAnd it was pricy. We had already paid the museum entry of 190 skr and the food was dear as well.
The view from the large windows was exceptional.
Pros: Splendid view, Good food
Cons: Expensive, Unreliable, Not 100% vegan

Alright - Edit
The food was okay but a bit off and there weren’t a lot of vegan options really. It is also kind of expensive. The view is great though.

Yummy pizzas and good salad! - Edit
They had 2 vegetarian pizzas with a vegan option. And I got a friendly recommendation! They could have a larger menu, but I think it's their specialty. (I guess maybe more dishes in the evening) Toilets are clean, modern and beautiful.

Fancy & Delicious🥂 - Edit
The perfect place to go eat after checking out the art exhibits. Me and my fiancé splurged on the five course meal which was totally worth it. You get to taste flavor combinations that are very unusual and almost artistic. The food is beautiful and we’re definitely coming back for a third time.

Absolutely delicious, amazing service - Edit
I didn’t have the vegan version of the menu but my partner did and the difference was insignificant. All dishes center around plants but there are some vegetarian sauces if I remember correctly. The food is among the best I’ve had. Splurge on the max number of courses.
Read morePros: it feels cool getting a million course meal, the service is amazing and the waiters cool, food is unique and beautiful

Excellent food in Stockholm - Edit
We visited the museum and then ate over there. We were surprised that this time the majority of the menu was now vegetarian! Would recommend!
