Vegan Sushi - Edit
I've always loved this small chain. Being able to build your own sushi with tofu is a game changer and has inspired me to attempt my own at home sometimes. I'll usually get a soy wrap, white rice, tofu, kale, red & green onion, sweet peppers, beets, and avocado with sweet soy and sesame seeds on top.

I’ve loved Fusian since before I became vegan, but love it just as much after. A Chipotle-style build-your-own sushi place. They also have salads, grain bowls and miso soup. Very easy to customize a vegan roll, everything is well-marked on the menu. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. The tofu is well-seasoned and veggies are always fresh. Sushi rolls are huge!

Build your own sushi?? Yes please!! Such a delicious place!! I eat here more than I should admit! They compost too! Yeah!

Menu is clearly marked with allergen and vegetarian/vegan information. I had vegan sushi and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and it was made quickly to order.
