Nice food, calm place - Edit
Was there for my third time today. Very attentive staff, nice food, all vegan, calm neighbourhood, trees and a small pond outside. Indian-inspired decor, clean. The fish pond isn't exactly animal rights, but oh well. The place is not huge, so if you come with several people, maybe reserve a table (?).

Amazing place - Edit
When we arrived, it's like a small oasis with ponds and plants. I already felt welcome. Then when I saw the menu I couldnt believe that there was so many options available. Then the food....wow! I think it's the best Filipino vegetarian food I tried in Philippines. I distinctly remember the flavours of the vegan sisig. Incredible. I can't wait to get back here to try other options. The staff were also really great and service was quick

Nice vegan takes on Filipino food - Edit
Some of the stuff on their menu is really good - the barbeque and sisig come to mind. Other stuff can be a bit bland so it’s worth experimenting. Overall though a great place to go to.

Nice oasis in QZ yet plain food - Edit
Ordered the roasted veggies wrap but the dish did not live up to its name. It was an OK wrap but it contained no roasted veggies, only lettuce, mockmeat and tomato. Very boring dish with a misleading title. Staff did not allow for us to customize meal: for example, i could not get the contents of the wrap on a plate with rice instead of a wrap.

Charming place. Vale for money. - Edit
It’s an old house converted to a restaurant. Almost unnoticeable from the street but when you enter the gate, you’re greeted by a small but homey yard and a wooden door (which looks like any front door of a house in that area) of the house-turned-restaurant.

The price was surprisingly affordable. Me and my wife came in to have a light snack but ended up eating a full meal. All for the price of a snack—against other vegan restaurants I know.
Will definitely be back and try more of the menu.
Pros: Homey and charming place. Great for families , Value for money
Cons: Not that easy to find. , Limited parking

This nice, little restaurant serving many vegan dishes has won my heart - or at least my appetite. Love the atmosphere, not badly priced, food is quite good and within walking distance from my home. It also has a few products to buy, should you wish to.

Strictly Vegan with Excellent Food - Edit
Me and my mom were introduced to this restaurant by my cousin almost a decade ago. We love the barbecue, the kebab, the karekare, adobo, sisig... Almost everything in their menu are worth trying. Their vegan carrot cake and chocolate cake were just as yummy as those sold in famous coffee shops, minus the guilt. I became interested in becoming a vegetarian because of this restaurant. They have excellent food I swear. And Greens is tons cheaper than most vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the Metro.

Read morePesto in pasta was really good but the pasta was a bit bland.
The best was the owner. On my way to the restaurant I found a partially blind kitten and, since I'm traveling, I didn't know what to do but Wally came to the rescue. He helped me look for veterinarians open at that time and day (7pm on a sunday) and told me about PAWS, the local rescue center. The vet took care of her and kept her for the night and the next day, in the rescue center, she found someone to foster her while PAWS help to find her a permanent home.
All of this would've been way harder without Wallys help who called his daughter, who is a vet, to ask her what could be done and even offered to keep the kitten for the night (because I couldn't take her to the hotel) even knowing that it wasn't going to be easy because he has dogs that don't like cats. I felt he really cared about the kitten and was truly concerned about her wellbeing, I really appreciate that.
Wally, if you see this, we find out the next morning that the kitten is only one eye blind, the other one was covered in some mocus that went away with the first shot of antibiotics and PAWS offered to continue her treatment for free. Her name is lucky :)
Pros: Good food, good owner
Cons: Bit pricey, small portions

Uncomplicated menu with affordable items, in homey atmosphere - Edit
I appreciate how the food they serve is consistent as far as taste and quality are concerned. As not too many restaurants and cafes in the area are veg-friendly, Greens would make any vegan/vegetarian feel included in the feast. Not to be missed is their vegan barbeque, which, to anyone who is still transitioning to a plant-based diet, simply approximates "the real thing" (i.e., texture may help satiate meat cravings). To those curious about vegan Filipino fare, do try the kare-kare, the sisig, as well as the relyenong bangus (stuffed "fish"). Greens' mini-grocery of veg essentials (grains, teas, meat substitutes; there are even essential oils) will have something for everybody.

Delicious vegan options of traditional pilipino cuisine. I tried stuffed "fish" and kare kare. Both good. However ice cream tasted just like ice and chocolate cake was nothing special. But it's nice place to explore local food.

Average Fare; Horrible Service - Edit
Because most vegetarian options in Metro Manila are expensive, bland and extremely niche, Greens provides one of the more reliable options in this carnivorous town. So if you're here for a few days, with no cooking facilities, you might want to dine here for some basic vegetarian fare in a moderate price range.
Read more*HOWEVER* for those with time constraints, or dietary requirements, be warned: the resentment-peppered, lacklustre service engenders not only having to instigate one's own counter service every step of the way (e.g. hunting down the waitress in an empty restaurant to ask for water; to ask to order; to ask to order dessert; to request the bill; and to ask for change), and meals arriving at varying intervals (e.g. one diner finishing their meal before their dining companion's has even arrived, despite four kitchen staff working in an empty restaurant), but some highly dubious, deceitful and negligent practices.
Last time I dined at Greens I ordered a sisig ('veganised' version of a local dish), which tasted overwhelmingly of cream and butter. I enquired as to its dairy content, but the lead waitress - an elderly matron who pervades the premises on a daily basis - utterly denied that it contained any dairy products (after numerous years as a vegan, I'm fairly confident of my ability to discern animal from non-animal products).
But today was the corker. After I went to find the same lead waitress to ask for water, I heard the tap running for some time before she returned with two glasses. A strong aroma of chlorine emanated from the glass. I asked her if it was filtered water, which she insisted it was. My dining companion and I later became ill, for the first time since arriving in the Philippines.
Bad service is one thing, but deliberately contaminating anyone's food (let alone those who pay top dollar to dine at allegedly 'ethical' eateries) is on a whole other level. I would never, ever set foot in this place again.

good bang for the buck! - Edit
The food was more than you'd expect from the prices of the food. Presentation was alright but what really caught my attention was the taste of their food. It was really tasty, well, was not able to try everything of course but we order almost all of their best sellers and everything exceeded my expectations.
Read moreAnother thing worth noting here is how well the staffs know what they are selling. Every question was answered promptly as if they were the ones who make and prepare the food.
All in all, it was really a good experience and I'll definitely be back soon
