Delicious!! - Edit
Invoke is the go-to for me at the farmers market. At least of the menu can be made vegan - imho, skip the Chili Car Dog and go right to the Power Bowl or the Potato Hash. They’re delicious & filling and you will crave more. It can be very busy / take them a while to cook at peak hours so be patient too!

My husband and I both got the Chili car dawg and shared the hash. This was my first experience with a carrot “hot dog” and it was sooo good. I could’ve probably ate 3🤭 My non-vegan mom that enjoys vegan food got food somewhere else in the market and regretted not getting what we got, she thought our food looked amazing. The guys there were also extremely friendly and fun to talk to. We loved it and definitely will be back.

Larry and Lester are two simply wonderful humans, and it shows in their food. Several clearly marked vegan options on the menu. The superstar is the ‘Hashtag Hash’: perfectly crispy, browned potatoes served up with onions, red peppers and the most addictive smoky romesco sauce. Their specials are a little hit-or-miss sometimes (I was not a fan of the butternut squash sammie), but the ‘Car Dawg’ (carrot dog) and cheesecakes are always a hit. Definitely go say hi the next time you’re in the 2nd St Market!

Though not all vegan, this stall has quite a few clearly marked vegan options. I tried the hashtag hash pictured above and it was pretty great! The pastries were also nice. Wish I could’ve tried the carrot dog, but maybe next time.

Delicious vegan options! - Edit
This is my favorite restaurant booth at the market! The owners, Larry and Lester, are excellent chefs who have created a welcoming customer-friendly atmosphere to showcase their creative menu. There is something on the menu for everyone. However, they offer several vegan dishes, such as, grain bowls and the popular carrot dog (so yummy!). Everything is flavorful!
