Overpriced, few vegan options

Went here last night after seeing lots of great reviews and blog posts about the vegan options. Made a reservation and they kindly notated “vegan” on our reservation however we were severely disappointed when we got there. We asked our waiter about what could be made vegan and were told that only the shoyu broccolini, roasted mushrooms and grilled avocado could be made vegan. I started with the grilled avocado but stopped there out of sheer disappointment. Paid $20 dollars for two burnt halves of an avocado with soy sauce dribbled on top. Left with our wallets hurting and our stomachs hungry. Don’t go here if you enjoying eating.

Excellent food & experience

The food is expertly prepared and each small dish was impressive. My favorites were the grilled mushrooms and the grilled eggplant.

The setting is beautiful and they even offer traditional seating (though most of the restaurant is just table seating).

While the vegan options aren’t a main focus here, there are enough to make this an excellent experience.
