Un aperitivo en la Estación Central - Edit
No tienen muchas opciones, pero se agradece poder desayunar decentemente. Está muy bien localizado dentro de la Estación Central, que si viajas en tren te resultará muy práctico. El croissant estaba muy bueno, y los smoothies deliciosos, fresquitos y bien de precio.

I was quite happy they had at least something that wasn't just plain fruits and it was a vegan muffin. It was ok. They also have soy milk.

I had a vegan bagel with hummus and dried tomatoes and eggplant. Nothing special, but OK as a quick snack. There are obviously lots of fresh juices and smoothies to choose from.

My regular at central station - Edit
For milan I would say this deserves 4 stars. When I was there they had many oprions. Vegan croissant, chia pudding with fruit, fruit, vegan sandwiches. And of course many juice options. And if you want something different you can get a burger next door at burger king.

Cute cafe in the train station - Edit
Cute cafe offering lots of vegan options such as paninis, sandwiches, pre-made salads and bowls. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. To top it all off they offer charging points. Perfect place to wait for your train. :)

We took a small sandwich with grilled veggies, which was the only vegan sandwich. It was an ok wholegrain sandwich but nothing special

Read morestation, one tiny downstairs and another bigger with seating upstairs. They had vegan croissant and 1 vegan sandwich filled with grilled veggies. Lots of juices. Some fruit pots but overpriced. At least something to grab for the journey to the airpor!

A very convenient location if you're passing through, and the vegan sandwich and croissant are both pretty reasonably priced. Their salads are super expensive for what they are. They have some small vegan cakes for 2.50€, and their coffee is pretty basic
