I’ve been curious about this place since I saw it pop up around the corner from me but didn’t think they’d have anything vegan so I was happy to see the listing here. That said, they have a tofu baguette and a salad baguette with the option of vegan mayo. That’s pretty standard in my books when there are many truly vegan friendly options in this area.
I still wanted to review them because the lunch I had there was delicious and I’m sure I’ll go back for more...of the same thing because it’s a small menu and the vegan options are limited. 1 star off for that.
Anyway, I ordered a turmeric latte with almond milk which was sweet and spicy. They charge $1 extra for almond and soy so I wouldn’t go there just for coffee. The tofu baguette was a delight though! Super fresh bread, succulent chewy tofu in sticky marinade, creamy vegan mayo, and sweet and sour pickled carrots for balance.
The other veganisable option, the “hold the meat” baguette, seems like a bit of a weird one. It’s literally just Cambodian coleslaw on a roll. Dunno about that. Seems like an underwhelming sandwich for over $10. But maybe I should try before I judge.
I ate in and enjoyed the clean minimalist design. Staff are very friendly.
Would be a 5 star - for sure! YUM! The tofu Cambodian baguette and the hold the meat baguette are so incredibly tasty and fresh! Both were made vegan upon request - staff are very friendly and accomodating. If you enjoy a Banh Mi, these Cambodian baguettes will be a new favourite!!

Fantastic tofu sandwich - Edit
Really great tasting tofu sandwich, labelled vegetarian but just ask the friendly staff for the vegan sauce.
