Ate way too much :3 - Edit
Everything looked so good and I couldn't choose and just ended up ordering a lot. No regrets though. It was all very tasty, especially the matcha cake and little fruit pies. Ended taking some more stuff to go.

The best brunch place - Edit
You can find here delicious sweet and savory pastry. The place is super cute and cosy and music is not too loud or disruptive. You can enjoy here brunch with friends and also calm afternoon with a book.

Tolles linkes Cafe - Edit

Výborná káva a zákusky/Great coffee and sweet pastry - Edit
Vše veganské, hezké prostředí, ale je to opravdu pouze kavárna, nečekejte nic většího, maximálně chlebíčky
Read moreEverything is vegan, nice environment, but it's really just a cafe, don't expect anything bigger, open faced sandwiches at most

cute little café (about 10 to 15 seats inside) with friendly staff. i liked both the panini and the pistachio roll i had a lot.
Read morei went there in the morning and felt like the selection was not as big as on the pictures here (e.g. no savoury croissants) but maybe the options vary by day.
the café is located half below street level so you have to climb some stairs making it not accessible. but dogs are allowed
Pros: tasty, all vegan, 🐶✅
Cons: ⛔️♿ because of stairs

The best vegan bakery in the region. - Edit
Prague has Krafin, Brno has Lákava. I come here whenever I'm in Brno to enjoy traditional Czech baked goods and sweets without the milk or eggs.

Cozy place - Edit
We went there for breakfast in February 2025. I was particularly excited about a croissant I had seen in the reviews, but they mentioned it was part of another day’s special menu, so we couldn’t try it. We ordered an open sandwich and a focaccia, both were delicious.

I stopped by the café shortly before closing, so the selection was a bit limited. But still, I managed to enjoy a delicious coffee and something sweet. It's a very pleasant spot. I'd happily come back here again!

Best in the world - Edit
We had two croissants (salty and sweet) and a sandwich. All of these were delicious, but especially the croissants - both were just amazing! I definitely recommend going here. I already look forward to coming back. The decaf cappuccino is also great! The staff was nice and friendly and the place is cozy.

Hit or miss - Edit
As much as I do appreciate the existence of this place, it's a bit of a hit or miss, really. I keep seeing super nice pastries on their social media, but never seem to find them there - maybe because I visit on weekdays?
Read moreAlso, what I tried was often a bit dry and not fresh. The worst was the macaron which was dry and hollow inside.
The place would definitely deserve a more central location and, as it is located in a basement, I also find it quite dark and uninviting.
However, you can try some traditional Czech foods there. Pity there is no breakfast menu on weekdays, just the cabinet display.
Pros: Traditional Czech open sandwiches, Fully vegan
Cons: No menu, Location

However, for me the ”wow” factor was missing and my croissant wasn’t very fluffy.

Back in my childhood! - Edit
Most vegan restaurants are trying to make something special, exotic, unknown. But what the hell?! This is proper Czech fast food! Chlebíčky, punčák and other socialist Czechoslovak fast food unhealthy and tasty things. Loved it. And the vibe and the whole café resembles the food. Thanks! And a really good coffee. Mňam dopí*i

Nostalgia with a contemporary face - Edit
The've got the best filled croissants I've ever tasted! Coffee was also soul-soothing and the barista was very nice. I appreciate that tables, chairs, plates and many other elements were obviously from antique stores, but used in a very contemporary way, which gave the place a lovely atmosphere. I'm looking forward to the next visit :)
