Places to eat vegan in Corsica are rare, so here you have an option to have either a veggie-noodle-wok dish (17€) or a falafel-bowl (16,50€), not labeled vegan on the menu, but confirmed to be by the waitress.
Read moreThe bowl was ok, the single ingredients were rather bland (not really marinated or spiced), but I love mixed veggies and fruit on their own so it was alright.
The bowl consisted of cucumber, mango, falafel, sushi rice, avocado and red cabbage. Size okay.
More awareness for vegan (at least plantbased) would be great in whole Corsica.
