This is a small, casual pizza place with some tables and a stream of people coming in for to-go orders. According to the proprietor-chef, who got his start by specializing in restaurant ovens, the pies served here are modeled after dishes eaten in many places in southern Europe. One can choose from a variety of great vegetable toppings, including broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms. The crusts on their vegan pizzas and lucoli (a folded, personal-size, thin-crust pizza) are crumbly and white-cracker-like-rather than chewy and thick. The tomato and tahini sauces in my lucoli had good flavor.
I recently ate at this restaurant for the first time in maybe a couple of years. The current menu designates vegan items with a "V." The dishes labelled "V" on the current menu were in the "Lucoli" section and were among the more expensive dishes at $15. Mine was delicious. Lucoli's lentil soup and many of its pizzas used to be described by the restaurant personnel as vegan. These items are not shown as vegan in the new menu! I did not bother to ask why.
The restaurant itself is notable for its large ovens. It is located well back from the road, behind a natural foods store and an office building containing a bookstore and a branch of a credit union. There is no customer bathroom at the restaurant.

Wood fired vegan options - Edit
There are well marked vegan options on the menu and all are tasty albeit a bit oily. Zatar bread and soup also very good. Quick service!

Typical Pizza - Edit
This was a basic pizza place. They do NOT offer vegan cheese, but have many veggies and offer tahini which is a nice twist!
