I was only in Amsterdam for 2 days and got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant both days, the sausage roll one day, and a danish one day. The croissant made me so happy! The sausage roll was good and looks like a popular item (my Omni brother thought it was delicious) the danish was great too! Love this place and wish I could have it again.

Day two in Amsterdam. We are amazed how many more Vegan restaurants have arrived. This was our stop today. A small little place. No seating inside but bench's outside are a great way to watch the city life pass by. We got the following:

Asian Spiced Seitan, Margo’s Cold sandwich with an incredible sweet sauce. (This was our favorite)
THE SALAMI
Margo’s Cheeze mix with onions, seitan salami. Hot sandwich, very gooey. Similar to a grilled cheese with a lot of vegan extras.
Don't forget desert incredible selection of pastries and cookies.
While eating your meal look around. You can see the mouse mini museum and see the statues overlooking the street

There isn’t anywhere to sit inside but there were benches outside so we got a couple of things and went outside. I got a rose and pistachio danish and a cheese croissant and an americano while my partner got a pain au chocolat. They were all really nice and my coffee was strong. Good choices and nice service

Worth the short walk out to a quieter area of the city: Lovely cafe, nice staff, great selection of pastries and cakes and ~6 sandwich options. I had the crispy Tofu sandwich and banana bread, which were both lovely. Really nice nutty Americano too. Really enjoyed it. The only slight downside was no space inside to relax and eat and it is slightly on the expensive side for what you get. Still, would return.

I love that it's 100% plantbased and there is a big variety of sandwiches and sweets. Danish breads are a favourite of mine since I was raised in Scandinavia and I'd just wish that these at Margo's were a tad more sweet.

Wenn man ein veganes Frühstück braucht sollte man direkt dorthin gehen. Es gibt leckere Auswahl an Sandwiches und süßen Gebäck, sowie Heißgetränken. Es war alles sehr lecker und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und lustig. Die Preise sind jedoch etwas teurer aber dafür erhält man auch ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Einfach schön dagewesen zu sein.

Sadly they were out of crossaints, so we opted for sandwiches. They are freshly prepared & wrapped with quality ingredients. After taking the first bite I wish they'd been warmed up. The "crispy" sandwich tastes like the cheap McDonald's chicken burger with the sweet sour sauce, minus all the nasty stuff. It was good, but expensive. Matcha Latte was something I hadn't had, but it was really good.

Ethical, Sustainable, Amazing Vegan Bakery - Edit
My spouse, pup, and I go to Margo’s as often as we can. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming and the food is out of this world. The croissants are the best we have ever tasted. The danishes are inventive and delicious. My wife’s favourite is the pistachio with rose petals and mine is the raspberry, but we eagerly eat all the flavours. In addition, new items are added on a regular basis. The sandwiches are terrific and the crispy tofu is not to be missed. Not only do we love the food, but we feel special when we go there. Margo and Aydin are the kind of owners who make their customers want to come back again and again. We have been vegan for over three decades and are so thrilled that Margo’s is in Amsterdam for us to enjoy.
