Excellent fresh spring rolls

I love a nice fresh spring roll but I get annoyed when the vegan option is just a roll full of veggies only. Miss Saigon offered lovely fresh spring rolls, with noodles, tofu and veggies accompanied with a tasty dipping sauce.
I also tried the Banh Mi - it was fine but a bit too much bread for my taste.
I liked they had a separate veg menu.
Nice to be able to sit outside in the sheltered sunny courtyard under an umbrella table.
Tip: after you eat, go to the shop over the way that sells vegan ice cream and milkshakes. It is called Milk Bar.

Pros: Friendly staff, veggie menu, fresh spring rolls

Breakfast of Champions - Vegan Bánh Mì

Best start of the day in Christchurch: get a vegan Bánh mì from the friendly lady at Miss Saigon, a coffee from Robert Harris - around the corner - and enjoy 'em on the sunny terrace of the BNZ centre.

Miss Saigon has several vegetarian and vegan option, plus they are always willing to tweak their dishes for you. Tip if you can handle the heat: ask for extra spicy when ordering the vegan Bánh mì.

Pros: Tasty options, Always willing to tweak like adding extra spice, Frienly staff

Cons: The Bánh mì is so good you keep coming back for it, so you never have a chance to try the rest :)
