It was incredible, I wasn’t expecting it from a chain - Edit
I had the Shoyu ramen, customised with the chili version. It came with a mysterious sausage style meat that worked perfectly. I enjoyed it so much I got a dessert spoon so I could consume all of the broth. Amazing.

Just ok - Edit
I had the vegan miso ramen and there was nothing wrong with the dish, it just wasn’t as good as I expected. The ramen was 15,80€ and for that price I excepted it to be more flavorful and filling. There was a good amount of tofu on top so points for that, but other than that it’s really just something you can expect you get from a chain restaurant.

Good ramen and gyoza - Edit
Vegan miso ramen and vegan gyoza were excellent. They have other vegan options, too. Even vegan strawberry mochi for dessert.

Only one good ramen option - but it’s amazing! - Edit
I didn‘t really enjoy the soymilk based ramens but the kimchi ramen is insanely good, if you like spicy food! I love the style of tofu they do. Donburis are also pretty good but not good enough for the price, i‘d go for the kimchi ramen.

Dinner - Edit
Really tasty food, but two to three dishes were out for the evening. Person behind the bar took much time to help us choosing the meals.

We ordered the vegan ramen and it was very good. It came with a deep fried soy „steak“ which tasted great.

Best vegan food in Finland in my opinion! Loved the tofu bao bun! Highly recommend! Even though it’s not a vegan place, it has great vegan options!

Love this! - Edit
I eat here whenever I visit Helsinki. It's hard to find good vegan ramen in this city but here's a few options. Most are made vegan just by removing the egg. Last time I ate kimchi ramen here. (I'd love it if they made a sesame type sauce too, though!) The staff is always very nice, too, and the place is small and cosy. Also offers veg salads and smaller snacks like bao.

Delicious Lunch! - Edit
We loved our lunch at Momotoko - I had the Soy Miso Ramen, my husband had the lunch special of curry tofu Ramen and we also both had the tofu Bao. Everything was delicious and really well done. Quick service, easy menu in English with vegan options listed - only downside is that it is on the pricier side (Helsinki in general is expensive) but we'll worth it!

Nice ramen - Edit
I liked the miso vegetable ramen – asked for it to be served without an egg so that it was vegan. The restaurant is really popular and the staff is friendly. It would be even nicer if they had vegan ramen as such on the menu.

Yummy vegan bao - Edit
Their tofu in vegan bao is so delish, a must try. But if you are hungry, two baos are not enough tho. So the price of 4 is almost 20 euros.
