Best vegan spot in Baltimore - Edit
Everything was perfect- I loved the espresso drinks. The food is blissful but be warned the portions are massive! You will leave happy but uncomfortably full.. the pizza is wonderful. The salad was genuinely perfect in the balance of flavor/texture/proportions.

must try (and come back)! - Edit
We came here for dinner on Friday night and loved the food so much, we came back for brunch on Saturday morning.
Read moreAbsolutely everything is delicious! If I had to pick my favorite dish, I would say the Biscuits & Gravy, and I also really liked the Harvest Salad, the bacon (made in house), and the sauce that came with the ravioli appetizer.
The drink options are also good. Many interesting cocktails and mocktails, and coffee drinks.
The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The restaurant is fairly small and popular, so I highly recommend making a reservation.
Pros: excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff

Super high quality - Edit
Amazing food, creative and so delicious. The jamon and cheese plate was the best appetizer, and the tiramisu was the best I've ever had. The miso mushroom pasta was just ok

All Around Excellent! - Edit
Excellent food and service. Wonderfully diverse, flavorful, and fresh menu. Pleasant staff. Good ambiance.
Read moreMy only critique is that the booths have no padded seating, which is definitely a drawback for older or skinnier patrons.
Everyone I've spoke with has deeply enjoyed their food here.
Pros: The food was impeccable, Staff were very pleasant helpful, Menu has a lot of delicious options to explore.
Cons: No padded seating

Best mezze plate. - Edit
Everything is 100% vegan and had a variety of options. The mezze plate was absolutely amazing. Comes with fresh pita and veggies and worth every penny. We also ordered pasta, risotto and a pizza. Everything was perfect.

All plant-based food, lots of gluten-free options, wonderful staff, Oleum has it all! We ate here for brunch, and it was busy. I'd recommend a reservation at peak times.

I've been here four times now - Edit
I've been here four times for dinner and have gotten different things each time. Standouts so far are the Jamon serano camblue, ravioli bravas, the fried eggplant, the wedge salad (one of my faves overall), and the Toum Raider pizza. The pastas have been underseasoned each time (tried 3 of them) which was unfortunate. I also tried the meat lovers pizza which was also good but thought the Buffalo chicken pizza was too salty. The kale Caesar, tomato bisque, and tangier roots were all solid but none of them really stood out to me. The tiramisu is fantastic and cookies were good. The sticky toffee pudding was good but not enough sickness for my taste, it was more so just a cake.
Read moreThis place is such a good vibe, I travel for work and love to sit at the bar with a glass of wine and treat myself to a nice dinner here. The servers are also all super kind and easy to talk to. Mini (bartender) has great recommendations and I've loved everything she has recommended to me. An absolute must if you are in the area.

Ate there during weekend brunch. Sat alone at the bar. Server was friendly. Had the Fancy Farmer salad. It was pricy and worth every penny. I think it was the best salad I've ever had!

Best new vegan in Bmore hands down! - Edit
The food here is impeccable and amazing. I have brought multiple friends who are not veggie and they all loved it. Food, music, ambiance, all on point and feels very Baltimore too. Something for everyone.

Absolutely loved this place! The chicken pesto wrap was bursting with flavor, perfectly crisp and generously filled. The staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Cozy atmosphere, and flawless food — I can’t wait to come back. A must-visit in Baltimore!”

Lovely place - Edit
We dined in and shared a small plate of dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) and a “When in Rome” pizza. Both dishes were good, but the pesto drizzled on our pizza was particularly tasty and I made a mental note to get anything with MORE PESTO on it there next time. The space and staff were lovely, but I didn’t like getting the check while we were still eating the pizza.

A must visit - Edit
Visited their pop up in the harborplace pavilion first but so glad they have a full space and kitchen now. Sandwiches: messy and delicious. Pizzas: great crust and house made toppings. Smoked eggplant wasn’t something I knew I needed to have but it was amazing. Desserts: perfection. So many amazing choices that it’s perfect for a group if you’re into sharing plates and everyone getting something different. (Or find your favorite and keep it all to yourself, no judgement)

Amazing food amazing people - Edit
My husband is in a wheelchair and we didn’t know the entrance had steps. But a couple that was also camping for brunch and one of the employees helped and we got in without an issue. Brunch was so tasty. Cinnamon roll, scramble tofu and hand over pizza. YUM. We had ordered takeout a few times in the past but it was nice to enjoy their new location.

Easily the best vegan restaurant around, has me seriously considering moving back to bmore!! Service is top tier, all staff and the owner were so friendly, even on their very busy last day in the harborplace location. This is definitely the best brunch I’ve ever had, we ordered a ton and everything was tasty!

AYFKM it’s unbelievably good - Edit
Came for brunch. Wish I was in town longer because I want to try everything on all their menus. Everything is had was amazing beyond expectation. Tofu scramble was NOT ordinary, it was full of intricate flavor and carefully constructed textures. Bloody Mary was excellent, latte perfect. The scramble portion was a full meal and yet I still had order the ravioli bravas just to try them. They’re unreal, get them. The place is cute and everyone in it super friendly. Honestly I’d say this is one of the best vegan restaurants in the country, definitely for the price point. It would easily fit in with the best in Los Angeles and New York City; Baltimore is lucky to have Oleum.

Be prepared to make hard decisions! - Edit
There was nothing on the menu we wouldn't have like to try which is great but also difficult to make a decision. We settled on sharing the dolmas & mezze (included toum, muhammara, and two types of hummus with four flatbreads). Everything is made fresh to order, to the point the flatbread is still warm when they bring it out. Amazing stuff.
