Wonderful for vegan and gluten free! - Edit
Not many choices, but the ones there are are great! The crepe is made from rice flour, turmeric and coconut oil. Wonderful! Get gluten free soy sauce instead of fish sauce and tofu instead of meat and fish. Staff are knowledgeable and sweet. Not a huge place. We ate outside.

De-licious!!!! - Edit
I’m a big fan of going off hours at Breck to avoid the crowds. Arrived at 4:30pm and sat at bar. Bartender was very helpful regarding what could be made vegan. Her mom and sister are the chefs and she was happy to tell me how fresh their ingredients are with a big smile. Very sweet!
Read moreGot the fresh rolls, they replaced meat with tofu and added sliced avocado, sauce with peanuts delicious too! A must! Also got the crispy rolls she suggested, wrapped with basil, fresh mint and lettuce and they were great too! If I had to chose, go fresh roll.
The Vegetarian Pho is Vegan and is amazing! The portion is huge. It comes in ~8 inch bowl with a side of toppings (sprouts, basil, sliced jalapeños, lime). The presentation is fabulous. It was so pretty I had to take a bunch of pictures😄 This place is great!! Go!

Came here for dinner and it was packed. Sat at the bar and had the most delicious meal. Ordered veggie pho and tofu and avocado spring rolls. The pho bowl is enormous with tons of veggies. Lots of vegan options.

Cool vibe, great food, huge portions - Edit
Nice place for a sit-down meal. Pho portions are truly enormous. Important to note that the banh mi sauce is not vegan (has egg powder), so some sort of modification is needed if that’s what you’re ordering.

I would absolutely eat here again. The pho was awesome (one of the best I’ve ever had!) and there appeared to be many of vegan options as well.

Sauce on Banh Mi NOT vegan - Edit
Just be aware that the sauce on the Banh Mi is not vegan, even though the server originally said it was. I mentioned this because several people are saying how great it is, until recently someone pointed out not vegan. I confirmed. The food was very good. Spring roll is huge, as is all portions.

Amazing food! - Edit
Food was great and the staff is prepared to explain all the vegan options available and what their recommendations are. I had the pho and crispy vegetable rolls - both of which amazing. I eat low sodium and the pho broth was a bit too salty for me, but all of the fresh vegetables were plenty to keep me happy and satiated!

Cons: Hard to tell from the menu what the options are

Best Vegan Pho in Summit! - Edit
This is my go to for Pho in Breck! The avocado tofu spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had, ever. The veggie pho is packed with veggies and the tofu soaks up the sweet broth flavor so well. Portions are huge. When we get carry out, the pho serves as two meals. The bahn mi is good, but the sauce is not vegan and a little dry without it.
Read moreThe family who runs the place is so sweet. The reason they’re closed on Tuesdays is because they head down to Denver to pick up hard to find (in the mountains) ingredients for the restaurant. They have lots of fun cocktails as well! Everything is made to order so you may have to wait a bit on busy evenings, but so worth it!
Pros: Best pho in Summit, Owners are super genuine, Supporting locals
Cons: Long waits, Bahn mi sauce isn’t vegan

Needs 5 stars! - Edit
This place was so authentic and tasted amazing. I went to Vietnam and this place was the closest I have ever been to the food in Vietnam. The staff was so friendly and nice to us. I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the quality of the food was OUTSTANDING. Whenever I am in Breck I will for sure make this a stop. Thanks for an amazing experience😄I will be back!

Authentic & Delicious - Edit
Wow some of the best vegan vietnamese food we've had outside of Vietnam. Veggie pho is good & a huge portion, the bahn mi is amazing (make sure to get without mayonnaise) and add avo to the tofu fresh rolls to make them extra delicious.

Best Vegan Pho - Edit
Best vegan pho I’ve ever had! It’s so colorful and seasoned beautifully. My fiancé and I are from out of town and can get picky about our vegan food, but we were not disappointed with this place! We also ordered the spring rolls and seaweed salad for our appetizers. Both also very good!

Best Vietnamese For Vegans & Family - Edit
We own the vegan pizzeria upstairs from our friend Khanh’s restaurant. We only eat at maybe three restaurants in town as we really care what we put into our bodies. We’re vegan. Mostly organic. Homebirthers. Homeschoolers. Snowboarders. Yogis. Ex New Yorkers and Jersey born and raised. Vegan chef dad. Yogi mom. Health is wealth. That’s just the foundation. So when someone gives their heart and soul into it from the delectable vegan dishes to the awesome dance party music in the gorgeous bathroom....they really care. Mom is in the kitchen. Khanh runs the front of the house. This is Best of Breck for Vegan options including our place [Piante Pizzeria]. We ordered all vegan: Avocado Crispy Tofu Spring Rolls. Vegetable Pho. Pancakes. Crispy rolls. Fried rice.

We are so glad we discovered Peak of Asia! The Spring Rolls are amazing, the Vietnamese crepe was to die for!!! The sauces are all so good too. We had a delicious meal and felt good after. The owner is so nice and they are happy to make any dish vegan. We loved it so much, we went two nights in a row.

Ate there 3 times in 3 days - Edit
Went on vacation to Breckenridge, CO. Found this place and fell in love with the food, the staff, and the ambiance. First of all, the waitress told me that all their vegetables and foods are organic. I ordered the veggie spring rolls as appetizers and they brought them with basil leaves and lettuce so that I could wrap the rolls in them. Also came with a chili sauce that was delicious. As a main dish I ordered the fried rice with crispy tofu (fried rice without egg to make it vegan) This was delicious as well, the reason why I returned the next two days. Prices were not bad either considering the place was nice, clean, and in a tourist area (around $8-15 for main dishes and around $3-7 for appetizers).
