Vegan options have shrunk and are boring - Edit
I was excited to try this place but when I got there the menu was extremely limited for vegans. There were only two options and both were just egg dishes where they were willing to swap JustEgg and vegan cheese for the eggs and dairy. Pretty uninspired and disappointing, and I wouldn’t go out of my way for it, especially since they have weird hours. None of the sandwiches were vegan and only the basic garden salad was (though another could be made vegan with a few swaps). I did not feel this was a place that cared about vegan business.

Delicious Vegan Egg - Edit
Nice modern vibe in here. They have delicious pastries. We got the blueberry muffin and it was tasty. The best part was the vegan burrito. My goodness it was delicious. The vegan egg was great and the potatoes too.

Great breakfast spot for vegans and non vegans. - Edit
Most of the menu can be made vegan. The coffee drinks can be made with oat , almond or pistachio milk. They also have just egg, vegan cheese, burger patties and tofu. I’ve had the chilaquiles, the omelette, the breakfast burrito and the fried tofu sandwich, all tasty. Definitely a great breakfast spot for vegans looking for a more traditional breakfast.
