This is my go to vegan stop in Asheville! Love the fresh pressed juices, muffins, and I always grab a sandwich (made to order) to take on a picnic in the mountains.

The toppings were nice especially the granola. The goji berries were the perfect texture and fresh fruit tasted great. I didn’t taste the cashew drizzle.

We were absolutely thrilled to discover that the amazing chef/owner of Plant opened a new restaurant. Pulp + Sprout is a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot with fresh cold pressed juices & innovative salads & sandwiches. Faves include the mushroom Bahn mi, the avocado toasty, fresh nut mylks, and all of the fresh muffins, cookies & cheezecakes.

Even the side salad is so deliciously fresh, you dont want to leave any piece behind. The bread is hands down the best in NC. The soups are truly spectacular and its simply nice to eat clean, vegan food that isn't dripping in oil or mimicking fast food of the Americas.

The cutest town with the most delicious raw restaurant. So minimalist and clean. Wish I took photos. We had smoothies, 2 Buddha bowl type salads and some desserts. Most definitely would go back!!

The dishes here are simple, veggie forward, and filling. I had the ALT and my husband had the Chickpea Salad Sandwich. The bread was FANTASTIC, veggies were super fresh, and flavors were perfect. We weren’t a huge fan of the dessert (the millionaire shortbread bar was weirdly very salty), but the sandwiches were so good that I would still give it a five out of five

Fully vegan cafe with multiple delicious options from smoothies and juices to salads and sandwiches. And then you can finish with a sweet treat! We got the Avo toast with Caesar side salad, mushroom bahn mi, and orange turmeric cheesecake.

I had the magnum smoothie bowl, I was the only person in and it did take long to prepare for some reason. When it came out I thought the toppings were a bit excessive however I was gladly wrong. Everything blended together well and made a tasty combination. I really wanted to go back a second time and try another smoothie bowl.

I stopped in here cause my boyfriend wanted a smoothie and I wanted some fun vegan food and this place delivered. I got the avocado toast which looked like a visual masterpiece and tasted the part too. I really wish I had gotten some of the to-go darë vegan cheese!!!

Very good. Surprised it took me so long to go and check it out. Has one of those menus that makes you want everything. Up-beet sandwich is delicious. Service super friendly, only negative in my 3 times in is that food is pretty slow to come out...but worth the wait.
