Healthy Vegan Option in Staunton - Edit
Chef Jonas and his wife Jac have left the 101 West Bev and opened this new juice bar/restaurant. The juices in their new place are fresh, inventive, and vegan. Today (opening day June 22, 2021) the food menu included 2 vegan options: Hummus & Veggies Sandwich and the Veggie Wrap (substitute the tzatziki sauce for vegan option). As usual, Chef Jonas blends the fresh flavors of the ingredients delightfully. (Gluten free wraps are available in place of bread.) I am looking forward to seeing what other new vegan options Chef Jonas will come up with as the menu evolves.

Pros: The “milk” in the Açaí bowl is almond milk., The staff are knowledgeable about vegan options., They have both indoor and outdoor seating.
Cons: Parking is on the street., No wheelchair access that I could see., Requires going up steps to enter front door.
