Good options and more vegan ones w/b great - Edit
The sweet potato latte was sweet, pretty and comforting. We were limited to just items in a small bakery case, but there was a green bean (?) croissant type thing that was great! Nice place to stop for coffee and light breakfast.

Can’t attest to food options, but I had an amazing sweet potato latte here during a trip to Asheville last fall. I think it was seasonal but would be a great all-year addition. It was so good we came back the next day for another.

Excellent coffee with oat milk. The English muffins are great, especially with the vegan cream cheese.

Super amazing staff and really nice people. I love that they don’t charge extra for vegan cream cheese and they had a ton of options. I had an English muffin with vegan cream cheese and a great ice coffee. I wasn’t in the mood for sweets but most offered were vegan.

Oat Milk and Vegan Cream Cheese - Edit
This is my favorite coffee shop in Asheville. The staff is super friendly and greets me by name. Oat milk is available at the coffee bar at no additional charge. They source their cream cheese from Plant. Overall a very Earth-conscious and compassionate business that I'm happy to support.

The baristas at Trade and Lore are amazing. I have loved every drink I’ve ordered there. There aren’t many food options, so plan to go for a drink and maybe a cookie. I highly recommend their chai. It’s house made and one of the few in town without honey. It’s FABULOUS with oat milk.
