Not bad

They have the tofu available but not the plant based chicken. I got the tofu banh mi and tofu bao. Make sure you request the banh mi vegan as it comes standard with mayo and patè. It was not bad. Ingredients were fresh. However it was a bit dry.

Excellent airport option

I saw this place and Sydney when I had a layover and was happy to see it in Melbourne as well. I ordered the vegan banh mi and it was delicious. Came with some spicy peppers as well. This is an excellent airport option.
