Nice place for breakfast or collation - Edit
Nice sweet vegan options (croissants, banana bread and toasts), that would be great to have vegan yogurt for all the yogurt/müesli menu as well.

Lots of vegan options, zero flavour. - Edit
Everything sounded great and looked fresh and amazing but the dressings need major work for flavour. Even after adding salt & pepper it was very bland. We asked for a takeaway container and took our food back to the hotel and added flavour from grocery items we had.
Read moreGreat concept but be prepared to add your own flavours as a takeaway option.
Pros: Options
Cons: Lacked flavour

Amazing food and great veg options. - Edit
I eat here almost every morning and get a vegan croissant as well as cafe latte with oat milk. The prices are so reasonable and they have many vegan meal choices. All of their soups are vegan and their smoothies are delicious. They also have huge bowls. Definitely worth a visit. Next to the duomo as well so you get a nice view.

Buono ma caro - Edit
Il locale è comodo per studenti e lavoratori in zona Novoli, se solo non fosse tanto caro( alle fine sono insalate).Il personale è carino e il locale pure. In zona però c'è molto di meglio

Amazing - Edit
Went here because a local told us that this is the place to be for a quick snack.
Read moreWe had one Avo-Bowl together plus 2 Smoothies for takaway. Not only that it was tasting amazing. But as we went out there was a waiting line of about 25-30 local people who wanted to get lunch here.

Boring - Edit
I had the energy smoothie, full of ginger chunks, not cold and pretty tasteless (remarkably for all the ginger). There’s not many vegan options, no smoothie bowls, the only vegan croissant is filled with fruit glucose. All in all I was disappointed

Big salad, please reduce use of plastic - Edit
Lots of healthy vegan salad options. But they are HUGE. Consider sharing - I couldn’t eat all of mine. Fresh fruit juices which unfortunately come in a plastic cup with a straw 🙁. I think vegan places need to show more environmentally responsible practices.

Fresh and healthy - gigantic salads! - Edit
Veg and Vegan options are clearly marked on menu. Selection of plant milks. It was really nice to sit down to a big salad instead of pizza or pasta. Delicious! There are plenty of grain bowl options too, Good value. My salad was quinoa based. It was really good - I’ll come back to try one of the other five vegan options for sure.

good, but expensive for what you get - Edit
hummus and spinach sandwich was as disappointing as it gets. don’t expect anything more than what it says. cappuccino was good but at €2 a little pricy. but there’s a lot of options, i might come back some other time for a smoothie

Nice spread of salads, wraps, and a couple bowl options - Edit
Rosalia is a great addition to the Florence veg-option scene with many different salads, juices, smoothies, and a couple grain bowl options. Staff are friendly and service is quick and efficient. The had the Mexican and miso grain bowls and they were quite good! Will definitely find our way back here.

Very proud of this place that uses biodegradable cups for their smoothies to-go (see pic). The smoothie I chose (banana, advocado, soy milk) was very tasty.

Went her twice for a coffee - Edit
I went here twice for a coffee as it is perfectly near to the dome. They have soy, almond and rice-milk to choose from and the cappucino (2€!) was very good. They know very well about veganism and can make what you want. I didn't eat there as I wanted to carry my money to purely vegan places if possible, but the salads I saw on the others' tables look good and big.
