Overall a very nice experience - Edit
Sister restaurant with Shushu Haru, this place is quite vegan-friendly. The veggie tempura is amazing! Who doesn't like fried food?
Read morePortions are also pretty big, I couldn't even finish my katsu curry. They use sweet potato and mushroom for the katsu, it would be interesting to see it with tofu!
Despite the restaurant being very busy, service was quite fast.
They don't have vegan dessert, but if you ask they will whip something up for you from Shushu Haru. Nothing fancy, just a coconut cream, but the effort was very much appreciated.

It's not always easy to find vegan options at Asian or Asian fusion restaurants, but Shushuto fits the bill. There is a vegan option for pretty much every dish on the menu, all of which are clearly labelled.
Read moreThe truffle miso ramen was amazing! Very flavorful broth, tasty toppings, and generous serving of noodles. So was the pumpkin tempura, which is part of their autumn specials. They also offer beautifully crafted cocktails and a good selection of wines by the glass.
Service is timely and friendly, and prices are reasonable. The ambiance and decor are top-notch. The bar area is especially beautiful. I'd highly recommend this place for a relaxed yet chic dinner between family, friends, or colleagues.

I had the steamed mushroom buns and the vegan udon. The portions were well-sized and the food was tasty. The service was friendly but slow. The vegan options are all clearly identified.
