Health Store
Supermarket chain stocking both conventional foodstuff as well as natural and healthier groceries. Find vegan food alternatives, bulk bins, and snacks as well as natural body care products and nutritional supplements. While majority of the extensive bulk food bins and fresh fruits and vegetable are not organic, there are small selections of organic available. Previously was Henry's Farmers Markets. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

Sprouts has come a long way! - Edit
Despite the description here (which could be a bit old), Sprouts now has a huge selection of organic produce, as well as grocery, deli and bulk items. Their deli always has two or three vegan entrees, and they have a great selection of plant-based ice cream, dairy (yogurt, sour cream, etc.), and meat alternatives. The Sprouts brand is present throughout the store with organic and vegan options for nearly everything, so it can be far less expensive than other natural food stores. If you haven't been to Sprouts in a while, check it out!

It’s okay - Edit
Sprouts is one of my favorite stores and I have been to many locations. This location is just okay. The store is small, isles are thin and at a busy part of the day it’s hectic. You always feel in the way. The employees were nice but customers were rude. I was not impressed. I also noticed less vegan options than I had at my local Sprouts in a small suburb of Seattle, which is saying something since this is San Diego. However the produce looked really good!

Not impressed - Edit
Dropped by during a trip to San Diego just to check it out and was a bit disappointed. Nothing to write home about really. It's kind of between a Whole Foods and a regular grocery store, more to the latter. No salad bars/cafe where you can sit and chow and didn't seem to have as many local products as WF, but at least they have a decent sized bulk section in case you need to stock up.
