The vegetarian Ramen contained lots of chili sauce, few natural ingredients and flavor enhancers. Personally, I didn't like the taste that much. But overall, it's a nicely done restaurant. You can watch the food being prepared and the waiters are very attentive.

Best Ramen EVER - Edit
Amazing Ramen. Wonderful, strong flavours, amazingly kind staff who ask if you'd like vegan/vegetarian options when you walk into the restaurant. You have to walk downstairs to get to the restaurant to the right of the Vegan pancake place but totally worth it! No lines. Highly recommend the grilled cheese Ramen. Best Ramen I've ever had

Nice spicy ramen option with rice and vegan/vegetarian friendly menu in English on the last page. It was an happy find while we were waiting in super long queue for the vegan place next door.

Amazing japanese fusion ramen - Edit
They have both veggie and vegan options. I got the mapo tofu vegetarian ramen with cheese. They scorched the cheese with a blowtorch and made it absolutely beautifully gooey.

Plenty of tofu, noodles and deliciousness.
It definitely reminded me of like a mapo tofu carbonara or pasta more than that classic ramen taste as the tomatoey garlicness is prominent. Sounds random but it was so delicious.
Service was lovely everyone greeted us when we came in and left. It was INCREDIBLY HOT in there as it's underground and they only had fans not ac. Felt bad for them all done up in their chef attire in the hot kitchen.
Would recommend!

I ate mapu tofu with rice, very good!! If you like tofu and spice this is a place for you. Meateater friends are sure to be happy too!
No AC as of last night so a bit hot in the restaurant. Staff is really friendly, although not very good at English so make sure they understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian when you order.
