Really good food, lots of options

It was so hard to decide what to get with so many options. I settled on the Aloo Gobhi and it was delicious. Very flavorful. There were 4 of us and everyone loved their meal. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

Pros: Tons of options, Friendly staff

5 stars

The gobi Manchurian is a must- genuinely one of the best things I’ve eaten I think.
The veg pakora and samosa were perfect as well
Staff was knowledgeable about veganism and knew to ask the chef if it was possible to veganize a menu item

One of my favorites

This is one of my favorite places in the Madison area. Love the kadai paneer, navratan korma, and tomato rasam. As others have noted, the Gobi Manchurian is also excellent.

Pros: Food with a lot, Friendly staff

5-Star Food

As indicated in my submission of this place, this is a restaurant serving traditional Indian cuisine. They have a plethora of vegetarian options, many of which can be made vegan. Anything paneer (cheese) or dishes made with yogurt/cream (i.e. Aloo Saag) is premixed that morning, so they can not modify it. And no, they won’t make a fresh batch, like some restaurants are willing to do. I definitely asked because aloo saag is one of my favorite Indian dishes.

Despite me being peeved about not being able to get the aloo saag I was craving, I ended up having an excellent meal.

Samosas - amazing. Seasoned to perfection!

Bhindi Masala - seasoned by the GAWDS!! Okra and veggies all cooked to perfection!

Gobi Manchurian - crispy, flavor-bursting cauliflorets. Excellent!

Poori - light, airy, fluffy, with a slight crisp. Perfect!
