Thai Ni Yom , More Like Big Yum (I know that's a terrible pun!) - Edit
Out of the way, Michelin Guide listed (Awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand 2019-2025) well worth seeking out! As usual, it reached the time of day when hunger hits and I thought it was time to seek another new place to eat. After some uninspiring scrolling, Thai Ni Yom stuck out as the place to go.

There's three pages of vegan and veggie options on the menu and I had to limit myself to just two dishes. Probably still a little greedy, but I regret nothing. This was a delicious experience!
I went for the Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli with Chilli Paste and Water Mimosa, backed up with Tofu Pad Kra Pao variant and Jasmine Rice. I was advised that these were both spicy dishes and that's fine by me.
Both dishes were great and super tasty. Very nice mix of textures, flavours and heat, with everything complimentary: working together to give my taste buds and tummy an absolute treat.
I can't wait to return and over eat again 🤣

There's still a couple of dishes I want to try, so I'll be back before I leave Thailand.

Did not expect so many options or such good flavor. Great option if in area and easy parking if driving. This place gets crowded so maybe have a to wait.

Three plus pages of vegetarian food on the menu with the vast majority vegan. Also vegan dessert. Really nice restaurant ambience and staff. Good prices, around $10aud for good sized large meal. Very tasty. Highly recommend.
