Won't Be Back for the Switchback - Edit
The Switchback Smoothie Bowl included pitaya, pineapple, flax meal, and house cashew milk topped with granola, cashew butter, coconut shreds, and pineapple. It was somewhat watery, and I didn't taste banana, so perhaps it was missing. There were also a few ice chunks and unripe fruit.

Internet: This place is in a giant cement building and cell service on T-Mobile is completely none existent. While this a a comfortable place to sit, probably don't plan on working from here.

Delicious Açaí/ Smoothie Bowls - Edit
The Celery is a newer restaurant offering fast service açaí bowls and smoothies in a modern setting. Grain bowls and salads are also offered here with many vegan options.
Read moreI went with the moonrise smoothie bowl which features blue majik, pitaya, strawberries, banana, and a house cashew milk. The bowl came out quickly, looked nice, and tasted great.
The Celery is a great spot for those who want a high quality smoothie bowl or healthy bite to eat.
