Delicious Vegan Sandwich - Edit
Finding plant-based sandwich is a difficult thing in Singapore. The kind bowl one is a really tasty one. They have plant based bubble tea too. Will try Pho next time another difficult find

Tasty Vietnamese food - Edit
The Kind Pho ($9.80): Traditional Vietnamese Pho with rice noodles, soup and ingredients typically used in pho (Onions, Mushrooms, Basil, Lime). Good portion size, used some mock chicken (seitan) which partially tasted like chicken, especially in terms of it's texture). My friend also really liked the soup. Based on personal preference, would have preferred slightly more vegetables or some tofu as well.
Read moreEat the Rainbowl ($9.80): My friend had this, and she said it was really tasty however the portion did appear to be on the smaller side, especially for the price.
The food was also made quite quickly (but this also may be due to less customers present). Cozy place, pleasant staff, and good location (+ relatively easy to find). Menu however is quite small, so there is not many options to choose from (although it does make the process of choosing easier).
Pros: Relatively affordable, Healthy + Tasty, Quick preparation
Cons: Limited no of choices, Eat the Rainbowl salad on the smaller side

The curious trying Curious - Edit
I was there on a Fri evening and ordered Curious which is a bowl of curry served with rice and a cup of passionfruit lemonade. The food was delicious but Curious was not as spicy as I expected it to be (note that my spice tolerance is not high) and the portion of curry was quite small. The pairing with the passionfruit lemonade was simply fantastic.

yes to vegan vietnamese food 🍜🤤 - Edit
love the wholesome concept of how a meal is given to someone in need with every meal bought ❤️ finally got a chance to drop by after craving vietnamese food for the longest time since i’ve gone vegan ✨
Read morewhat we ordered & my thoughts:
1. the kind pho $8.80 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
my fav dish of all! decent portion of noodles with lots of mushroom/textured soy like bits? not sure what those were but it went well w the dish 😂 delicious broth, especially with the lime and chilli. only wish there was an option to add more toppings such as beancurd to up the protein content of this dish tho. aside from that, i recommend all to give it a try ☺️
2. crazy baguette $8.80 👍🏻👍🏻
love the flavour profile of the sandwich! very filling with plenty of veggies and and some savoury meat-like pieces (again, idk what those are 😂). wouldn’t recommend if you’re not a fan of the “mint leaf” flavour that’s typical of a vietnamese dish (or you can pick some pieces out haha)
only wish there was more sauce as it can get a bit dry once you’re halfway through the sandwich. the baguette was really crunchy too, so perhaps it can be better contrasted with more soft/chewy fillings as the veggies inside were pretty crunchy too 🥖
overall i still enjoyed this! yumzz
3. summer rolls $2.80/pc
wish they termed it as summer ROLL without the “s” as i was mislead to think it came in 2s/3s 😂 oh well it’s my bad for missing out the part that said it was sold per piece 🤷🏻♀️.
anyway, same “mint leaf” situation above.
can be improved if the veggies were crisper/fresher/cooler! come with peanut sauce with made the rolls more yummy. this is pretty mediocre tbh, but it’s a good option to fill up your stomach with less damage on the calories 🥬
last point — visited about 9.20pm (40min to closing time!!) i felt like i was rushed even though there was still 10min to last order :’( overall the service was alright (they kindly offered to cut the baguette and rolls into 1/2 for sharing etc.) though the rush factor definitely dampened the experience a little ☹️
to sum up, it was a pretty pleasant experience and i’ll be back to try more dishes 🥰 oh and forgot to mention earlier but it’s nice that they have an option for no alliums too!!
Pros: fully vegan w option for no alliums, nice ambience, reasonable portion and price
Cons: little things (read my review! but overall okie)

Decent, healthy vegan food - Edit
Please inform them if you do not take allium. Otherwise by default they will add it in.
Read moreReasonable price tho portion can be slightly more. My kids need upsize for their pho! 🤣
I personally love the summer roll and custard tart.
Take note of the weight of your takeaway in the paper bag as mine tear off at the bottom with two upsize pho in one paper bag.
Pros: Lots of vege
Cons: Slightly pricey

First Vietnamese Vegan Restaurant in Singapore - Edit
Visited on a rainy morning.
Read moreFriendly and approachable service crews.
Clean and bright dining.
Order and pay at counter 😬
Curry Vege ~ it's rather warm only, could bring up the temperature.
Would prefer the potatoes in the curry to be softer and melts in mouth. (Personal preference)
Eggplant and Monkeyhead mushroom were nice. Gravy thickness acceptable. Not that spicy.
The Baguette was stuffed with generous ingredients. Cripsy on the outside, bite into it and feel the surprisingly warm softness.
Custard tart was nicely baked with a smooth shiny surface.
Cripsy crust and soft custard goodness.
Bit too sweet for my thou.
Life's a Bubble Tea was a little disappointment.
No Earl Grey taste at all, strong mlyk taste. Pearls are chewy. Too much ice.

Great vegan pho - Edit
Good tasting pho with seitan and mushrooms that give that “chewy” texture of meat. Loved it.

Delicious vegan Vietnamese food! - Edit
So happy to finally have a vegan Vietnamese restaurant to try while we're here. We ordered the summer rolls (delicious and full of ingredients), the Kind Pho ($8.80 and hearty, warm and delicious) and the Crazy Banh Mi (also $8.80 - so huge and so so so so good, we wished we ordered more!) All of the dishes are great, they came out quickly and were hot and tasty. Definitely will be back to eat more banh mis! Nice decor, friendly staff. Only slight constructive criticism is to make to more clear that we need to order at the counter and it's self-service. But not major.

Nostalgic taste of Vietnam - Edit
I have missed vietnamese food since I visited Vietnam. I find the food here much closer to what I had in Hanoi than NamNam. It is that herby light refreshing taste I have come to love about vietnamese food.
Read moreI believe ever since wrap and roll left, no other vegetarian vietnamese options come close. My sister finds NamNam's soup more strong flavoured but I find the charm of vietnamese food is its ability to impart light refreshing flavour without being too strong. So The Kind Bowl's rendition nailed it.
If you want stronger flavours, do try the crab noodles. They taste like a lighter Tom Yum with vietnamese flavours.
Overall solid vegan eatery. 😋
Pros: It's vegan!!
Cons: Crab noodles run out early!
