Great food and great service - Edit
Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.

Delicious - Edit
We came here while on vacation in Vegas and ended up back a second time. The menu is large with a wide range of offerings. This was one of the few fully vegan restaurants that I found that had typical breakfast items which was a plus for us, but I do wish they were open earlier. We don’t eat out a lot, so the prices seemed a little high but the servings were large.

Prices not justified - Edit
I've been here a few times both for dine-in and carry-out so I know it's expensive and usually worth it, but today the prices were totally not worth the kind of gross food I received. I ordered the chicken mac & cheese wrap and based on the website pics I thought it would be a gooey cheesy delight. Instead I got big chunks of dry chicken wrapped up in a dry tortilla with the driest, most uncheesy noodles. I think I saw one strand of cabbage. Somehow the wrap was warm but the fries in the same box were cold and unsalted. Thankfully they gave me several containers of catsup to disguise the taste and texture of this incredibly overpriced meal.

Favorite place for comfort food - Edit
This is one of ours favorite place for comfort food here in Vegas. Every time we come to Vegas we definitely go to the Modern Vegan at least once. Last time even a nonvegan got fooled by the food. It is that good.

This place has a huge menu and it’s hard to decide what to get. But we enjoyed our dishes and can’t wait to come back and try more. Our server, Carlos, was super friendly and made our dinner special.

Food was good - Edit
We had a burger and a pasta. The pasta was nice, but it was not that much and the burger was a lot but unfortunately we asked without cheese and it came with cheese so it was a very saucy hamburger. So happy to have a full vegan restaurant in Vegas.

Expensive and a little disappointed - Edit
I was very excited to go here, but a bit disappointed. I got the potato skins as an appetizer, which were amazing. I ordered the Buddha bowl as my entree, and it was just not what I wanted at all. When I think of a Buddha bowl, I think of cooked veggies and tofu over rice. What I got was essentially a salad with a bunch of raw veggies and some tofu on top for $23. I likely would have enjoyed a different one of their dishes, but I was just really bummed with what I got. My friend got the roadhouse burger and really liked it.

Great food at a price - Edit
Food was great and there's a ton of options, it's overwhelming. I had the fish tacos, delicious, and my fiance had the buffalo Mac. We also got some hangover fries. One of our entrees was $30 and the other was $25, so it comes at a price, but loved the vibe and plethora of options. #Veganuary

🥜 Cross Contamination - Edit
The nachos were my favorite part. Very good for Las Vegas standards. The skillets were pretty good. The other food items were undercooked, under seasoned, and/or cold. They remade one item for us, but not the others. Service was good in parts, but lacked in others. Also, there is cross contamination with the friers, as they deep fry peanut products there, so most of the menu suddenly became inaccessible to me due to allergies and there was no warning. I’m glad I asked, and I hope they train staff to mention that prior.

This place rocks! You can order all kinds of dishes and the ones I've tried have all been delicious. This is my go-to spot when in Vegas. They have great breakfasts, which is fantastic. Since most of you know, vegan breakfasts are hard to come by other than the regular oats and fruit. The staff are super nice, free parking in front, ada accessible. Definitely give these guys some love when in Vegas.

Prices were catastrophically astronomical !!!

Good bbq brisket not so good mac n cheese - Edit
Pretty disappointed to be honest! First the menu choice is massive which was a little overwhelming when normal I only have a choice of 1-3 options on most menus.
Read moreI orders the bbq brisket mac n cheese as I’ve had some amazing vegan mac n cheese in the states.
When it arrived it was an absolute mountain so much it was a little off putting! The brisket tasted very nice but the mac n cheese which made up about 90% of the dish wasn’t that good. The cheese sauce wasn’t very cheesy or flavoursome so it was just a a lot of blandish pasta at the price of 30 dollars (about £23-24)
Maybe this place is great and I just choose the wrong item, when I checked the menu again to see what else I would have chosen I wasn’t excited about the choices. I might come back to try one of their burgers.
Didn’t bother with dessert
Update: Went again a week later at lunchtime. I ordered the v eggs florentine but the service was so slow. Resturant wasn’t busy and I was only ordering for myself but still took over 30 minutes. The waitresses and kitchen staff are having conversations across the room throughout my visit, just seems unprofessional talking about how you can’t wait to get off work across the room. Food was okay but wasn’t worth the wait. Genuinely struggle to see how this place is so highly rated

🌟 The Modern Vegan - A Vegan Food Paradise You Can’t Miss! 🌟 - Edit
We visited The Modern Vegan multiple times during our trip to Las Vegas, and for good reason—it was amazing. From the food to the service, everything was exceptional.
Read more🍴 The Food
Let me start by saying this: the portions here are HUGE. You will definitely leave satisfied (and probably with leftovers). The menu is incredibly diverse, offering options to please every craving—from comfort classics to creative twists on traditional dishes.
Now, let’s talk about the highlight of my meals: the crab cake. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best crab cake I’ve ever had—vegan or not. The texture, the seasoning, and the overall execution were spot on. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, packed with flavor that rivaled any traditional crab cake I’ve ever tasted.
Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fluffy and indulgent, the sandwiches were packed with flavor, and even the sides were memorable. Each dish was clearly made with care and attention to detail.
🙌 The Service
The service was top-notch. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. They genuinely cared about making our dining experience enjoyable and even offered great recommendations from the menu. The food came out promptly, even during busy times, which is impressive considering the volume of customers.
📍 The Location
The Modern Vegan is conveniently located just a short drive from the Strip. It’s close enough to be accessible, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle for a more relaxed dining atmosphere.
💚 Why We’ll Be Back
If you’re in Las Vegas, whether you’re vegan or not, this is a must-visit spot. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the crab cake alone is worth the trip. Combine that with great service and a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear why we kept coming back during our stay.
Do yourself a favor—make time to visit The Modern Vegan. You’ll leave full, happy, and planning your next visit! 🌱✨
