Delicious option in Rutland! - Edit
The vegan options were very tasty, including a peanut sushi roll! The restaurant was very kind and accommodating when asked which items were vegan. Would definitely return!

Wide array of delicious vegan sushi options. Vegetable gyoza are vegan as well. Servers were very accommodating and willing to check with the chef. Note that the miso soup, house salad, sweet potato roll, and tempura were not vegan at the time of this review. Peanut sushi and kampyo sushi were real standouts!
