The Tranquilo complex consists of beach, restaurant, bar, organic farm, guesthouse, yoga space, sunbeds and hammock areas. Menu features a variety of dishes, most of which are vegetarian and including vegan: veggie stacks, veggie wraps, vegan burger, pasta dishes, and big salads. Hosts morning yoga classes, live music, and art exhibitions. Fully vegetarian June 2023. Open Mon 9:00am-10:30pm, Wed 9:00am-9:00pm, Thu-Sun 9:00am-10:30pm. Lunch from 2pm. Closed Tue.

This place has taken top spot for my holiday to Santorini. It was absolutely incredible to say the least. The staff, the food and the drinks were all stunning. We found ourselves returning every night for drinks and 3 times for food.
Read moreMy partner is neither vegan or vegetarian and absolutely loved it also. Our highlight was the Tranquillo papas.. GORGEOUS!!! We were lucky enough to stay just around the corner but would highly recommend travelling to this place if you are not staying in perissa. LOVED IT!

We were pretty excited to try this and the food was pleasant enough, but I think it's a better place for veggies than vegans. When we asked about vegan desserts the waitress laughed and said it's better to be vegetarian.

Amazing spot right on Perissa beach. You can be served on the beach itself or in the restaurant. We had the vegetable balls (the veggie of the day was zucchini) and the falafel pita sandwiches. We LOVED the zucchini balls. The falafel was not the best that we had ever had unfortunately. And the sweet and sour sauce was too much and made the whole thing difficult to eat.

This place is perfect! Has the beautiful colorful decoration and furniture, swings and hammocks, big beanbags and placement both inside, outside and on the beach.

Sitio a buen precio con un 90% de opciones vegetarianas y veganas. Las ensaladas son gigantes, en la carta ya pone ensaladas XL. Tiene también wraps y algunos entrantes. El chiringuito además tiene las tumbonas gratuitas, puedes tomar algo y no te cobran a mayores. El trato del personal es amable.

Beyond terrible service - Edit
We were at the sunbeds, and asked about the lunch. The guy in charge for sunbeds said to tell him 30min before to reserve the table inside. We asked for the table at 13:00, then we waited and waited for hours. We asked politely several times when will the table be ready, he said in a minute. As we got up and started going towards the restaurant he suddenly realized hey I have a table for you... The table they offered wasn't a real table, it was the same size we had on the beach (which would be fine had they served us the food on the beach without 2hour waiting... After all that the guy in charge of sunbeds started responding "you're welcome" to me saying that 2 hours waiting is not ok. He didn't even apologize, just said we're very busy, you're welcome... We finally got the real table at ~15:15 and got served at ~15:45. That's more than 2 hours just to get the table... Not to mention that several people that asked for the table got them before us (they too waited a long time). I guess you have to be a dick to get the proper service...

A lot of delicious vegan dishes - Edit
We (me and my vegan travel partner) had bookmarked the place in advance and were super satisfied! We ate there 8 times and spent 3 days under their beach umbrellas (free for customers). You can also fill your water bottles there. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We tasted a lot of different dishes and everything was absolutely delicious, affordable and left us with full stomachs. Huge salads with tasty fresh vegetables, traditional Greek vegetarian / vegan dishes, dipping platters, wonderful meze, sandwiches, burgers… and you could taste that everything was made with love. The restaurant was quite popular so it might get busy in the evenings. Wait on the beach or at the bar or make a reservation in advance. We will definitely come back next time we visit Santorini! Would give it five stars if it was possible.

If I could eat here every day of my life I would. Delicious fresh food, loads of vegan options and a great laid back atmosphere. Try the Greek Thali - it was to die for and a great way to try several traditional Greek dishes.

Vegan "Greek Thali" platter + hammock! - Edit
Most of the menu is vegetarian with clearly marked vegan options, great atmosphere, locally sourced produce, fair price, big serves - and hammocks overlooking the Aegean Sea!! The vegan thali platter was a mix of local Greek vegan dishes - big enough for 2 (maybe even 3) - was delicious!

I absolutely love the vibe of this place, hammocks to lay on right by the beach! Almost 90% of the menu is vegan/veg so there was so many options! The food is a very good price and it was delicious! Keep in mind that the service is slow, that’s not a bad thing tho because this place is called TRANQUILO so don’t go here expecting to be in a rush, just calm down and enjoy the flow 🧘🏻♀️

Lots of vegan options and the staff is friendly and helpful! My friend and I ordered the Greek Thali platter to share and it was delicious and so much food! The vibe and decor here is amazing. They also have beds and hammocks for you to sit in. The best place I've eaten while travelling around europe so far! And it was very affordable! 22€ for the platter and I think it couldve fed 3 of us. Because it was the Greek platter as well it was traditional Greek food, which is something great to try while in greece. The service was a little slow but that's something to expect in Santorini. I saw chicken on the menu, and this app says it's not fully veg but my server told me that everything was vegan/veg..
