So so tasty! The cheese they use is really nice and melty. The staff are always super nice. I really like the bbq "chicken" and pineapppe one! They change their menu every once in a while too so there's usually something new.

What a place. This is the type of vegan cafe you go out of your way to visit when in Melbourne. Walking tours that go down this alley stop for ages whilst everyone takes a picture of one of the smallest cafes to probably exist! I've visited many a time and tried every standard jaffle as well as a few specials. My faves are the bbq veg ch*ckn, the mushroom and the chipotle and shepherd pie specials they do. Staff are always friendly, and happy to take phone orders if you have a short lunch break in the city. Their hot chocolate with coconut milk is next level too - remember to take your own cup and takeaway container if not eating in!

Cons: If I had to come up with one..., Would be nice to offer 10c off if BYO container, 5 seats, not for those wanting a leisurely meal

Had the Beyond burger jaffle, which tasted exactly like a Big Mac but way better. Wish I lived here to try them all. Awesome place!

Bloody love this place! - Edit
Little hole in the wall in one of the iconic alleyways in Melbourne, this place does smashing toasties with always changing specials. Seating is limited, not that that’s a deal breaker as the food is totally worth it and the staff are always ready with a smile. 10/10 would recommend. I go here every visit to Melbs.

This fantastic little hole-in-the-wall is such good value. The coffee and sweets and jaffles are on-point! My favourites are the lamington and the Beyond Meat Jaffle. Also, the staff are so lovely and welcoming! If you hang around the kiosk for 10 mins, you will see that they have a loyal following and a little community around them. Recommend!

cheesy and cheerful - Edit
Always a lovely experience. The staff here are super friendly. A little out of my way for a quick lunch and they’re often busy so with one person on the jaffle iron, you could wait up to 20 minutes for your toasty - I have. But I’ve always found it worth the walk and the wait. The “chicken” options are jackfruit which is a win for me but maybe not for everyone. The baked potato and cheese hits the spot on a cold day while the bbq jackfruit with pineapple is always a favourite of mine. Tried the homemade baked beans and cheese one morning and it was a the perfect breakfast. They had a “chicken tikka masala” special for a while which was delicious - masala jackfruit, cheese, and coconut raita, from memory. I love the chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookie too - tastes like a bigger, better, vegan Kingston. Only thing I haven’t really enjoyed is their coffee - a bit mild and sweet for me.

Good jaffles and coffee - Edit
This is a tiny hole in the wall serving jaffles and some other sweet treats and hot drinks. Coffee is good. The jaffles have interesting flavours but some are a bit nicer than others so depends what you are into. There isn’t much variety or much seating but it’s really nice to have a place for all vegan hot foods and drinks.

Charming little laneway kiosk. A note to others; not a cafe even though they have a tiny bit of outdoor seating. As the name would suggest this is a kiosk: It’s made for takeaway.
