Good Option for Mixed Party - Edit
This was easy enough to get to right off the interstate but in a cute downtown area. My family had lunch here during our road trip, and everyone was pleased.

Great vegan bagels! - Edit
Tried this place for the first time today, and was definately not disappointed. The bagels are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and are packed with flavor. I wish they had more vegan options, though.
Read morePros: Very fresh, tasty bagels, Lots of bagels flavors
Cons: EXTREMELY busy on a Sunday! , A little pricey ($35 for 2 bagels and 2 drinks) , Only 2 vegan options

Two yummy vegan options - Edit
Two yummy vegan options for sandwiches (one breakfast and one lunch), but most (if not all) of their bagels are vegan as well.
Read moreThe breakfast sandwich was definitely a little expensive, more than likely because they use Beyond Meat. Still nice to have a couple of options, though. I would honestly just have the bagels with the tofu cream cheese next time!

Great bagel sandwich - Edit
A few vegan options. I had the spicy vegan on sesame. Very good! Great service, well organized, a few tables for dining outside and at the giant open windows at the storefront. Delicious coffee as well.

5 star bagels! - Edit
these bagels were soooo good. appreciate that there’s some vegan sandwiches and vegan cream cheese. if i were hungrier i would have tried a sandwich but i just got a bagel (spicy everything) and cold brew. the bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. it was really salty in a good way and with a nice spice.
Read morethey also had almond milk and oat for an extra charge.
the seating outside is nice and the service was kind and quick.

Delicious bagels! - Edit
The company's Facebook photos finally pushed me to order with their tempting photos! I got the everything bagel with vegan cc. Completely covered in the everything bits and smeared with creamy vegan cc. OMG probably the best bagel I've ever had. The whole family agreed. We also tried sesame, plain and french toast--all delicious! I also grabbed a cup of iced laveder blueberry tea they advertised outside when I picked up my order, so good! Will likely become a regular!!
Read morePros: Vegan cream cheese!, Ah-mazing bagels, Delightful dribks
Cons: Minimal vegan options, Vegan cc a little pricey

Delicious Bagels - Edit
Ordered take-out during the coronavirus restrictions. If you like Montreal-style bagels, then you'll love Water Street Bagel Co. The wood fired process makes the exterior crispier than a NYC bagel, but the soft doughy interior that melts in your mouth is more airy than both Montreal and NYC. We tried the Power Up sandwich on a French Toast bagel, bananas, almond butter, and subbed out the honey with maple syrup. We also had the Super Veggie on an Everything bagel. We tried their vegan cream cheese on the Spicy Everything (which was spicy!) and the Rosemary bagels. Everything was delicious. The vegan cream cheese didn't have a strong flavor, but the creamy consistency was excellent.
