Cravings Satisfied - Edit
I love visiting this restaurant every time I’m near West End.
Read moreThe guy who runs it is funny, friendly and always has a smile on his face.
The stir frys are full of flavour but my fave is the lemon “chicken”. Not that healthy but so crunchy and delicious I get cravings just thinking about it! The Sweet and Sour is great as well!
Pros: Relaxed friendly atmosphere , Nice staff, Good range of meal choices

Great & Terrible... - Edit
Okay, so there is some Great and some Terrible.
Read moreWe have had the “Honey Chicken” paired with Fried Rice, and I must say that this is the best Honey ‘Chicken’ we have ever had, the fried rice was okay the first time, a little burnt. The second time it was great😄Lovely little place, with Vegan campaign posters on the walls, local store not a chain.
Now for the bad...
The last meal we had was so god-awful I think I need to see a therapist about my experience. Imagine yourself, it’s 6pm on a Tuesday night. You decide to return to vegan restaurant where you’ve had quite a few good meals before in the hope for your hunger to be satisfied. But for some unknown reason you decide instead to turn on your oven and heat down your favourite Tupperware container. You cut it into strips, lightly season it, smother it in oil and place it on a bed of rice. Now you are experiencing how the ‘crispy chicken with rice’ tasted.
I could hardly stomach the smell, let alone the taste. Oh god the taste. After 0.003 seconds on my tastebuds every cell in my body immediately rejected the atrocity which was the ‘crispy chicken’ and thus immediately spat out.
Unless you like the taste of oily rubber on a bed of rice, stay away. As far away as you can. Run. Run away. Get out while you can.
Pros: The “Honey Chicken” is AMAZING, Local Store, All Vegan!!!
Cons: Please, please ,, Don’t get the,, Crispy Chicken with Rice

Not very warm service - Edit
Salad was very salty and bland. Daughters had vegan calamari and Vegan burger and liked it. Green curry was nice but nothing to rave about. Restaurant very clean.

Bland and boring - Edit
There is something going on in the kitchen here. The flavours are just not there, despite the majority of these dishes being Vietnamese cuisine, which in my experience should be a rainbow of flavours. Unfortunately, the people cooking don't seem to know or care. It is relatively cheap, so try it for yourself if you're in the mood for some Asian mock-meat fare. I'm not giving them a second chance.

Disappointing - Edit
As my first vegan experience in Brisbane, I really wanted to like this place. My dining companion ordered the ‘Heavenly Salad’, while I ordered the ‘laksa’ ($13) - literally the worst ‘laksa’ I’ve ever had - a small pool of very salty lukewarm coconut cream (i.e. minimal cold broth seemingly flavoured only with ‘salt’), so we switched meals. Fortunately the Heavenly Salad ($10.80) largely lived up to its name.

Awful - Edit
Microwaved meals, nothing fresh, and bland. Disappointing and will not return. Even my oh couldn't eat his and he eats everything!
Read moreI enquired initially on Facebook for gluten free and they said there were alot of options but open arrival was told I couldnt have most of the dishes as its 'bought in'. If you like cheap and bland Asian food you'll like it here, but if not then avoid.
More disappointed to see its Vietnamese - after living there, I can honestly say it is definitely not.
