Lots of Vegan Options - Edit
Unlike the whole foods where I live this one had fresh vegan options in there kitchen (not a lot of them but still there). Also the Buffett has food marked whether it’s vegan or not. Over all super vegan friendly!

They have tons of options from cooked food to packaged foods you can prepare. We go for the tofu......delicious but they are out of it alot

Groceries mostly, some ready to eat items - Edit
Plenty of things you could gather and collect for a meal here. But definitely lacks vegan fresh options other than salad bar. Fairly nice layout compared to some other Whole Foods back home

Inconsistent - Edit
Located in Whole foods, take the stairs near the bathrooms.
Read moreParking is the large Whole Foods lot.
We like that they use local vegan products.
The first time we had the sandwich we were blown away, the next two times were a disappointment. The vegan chicken was not cooked properly.
We find the wait for a normal order a bit ridiculous.
Ok option, several better ones within 5min.

Truly healthy choices limited - Edit
Vegan options in the hot/salad bar but many of their options are cooked in canola oil or are not gluten free. They have several veggie salads that look good but egg and or milk in the dressing. Even fewer if you want organic too. Very few vegan and gluten free options in the bakery and many vegan snacks are loaded w sugar. It’s okay if you are a vegetarian or not worried about processed oils. Hendersonville Co Op is more vegan/gluten free friendly for prepared foods.
