We shared vegetarian mezze for two and basically had to roll home😉it was so much delicious food! Hummus, baba ganoush, fried zucchini, rice with spinach, lentils, bean stew, village salad, tahini, tsatsiki, ... go there and be hungry!

Vegans are well taken care of here. Staff is attentive and friendly, and served a delicious lentil-rice amuse-bouche on the house. The rest of the food didn't quite knock my socks off (but I didn't try their popular meze).

I advised I was vegan as you have to ask what is the vegetarian/vegan dish of the day.
There were 2 options that day, both of which I can't remember the names of, sadly, but one was a vegetable type stew, and the other was a chickpea based dish. I went for the vegetable dish and was given the option of rice or couscous. I chose couscous but it wasn't what I was expecting but was really good! I think its real name may be pourgouri, but I'd love to have it again.
They brought us some lovely bread and assured it was vegan, plus a free sample of a rice dish that was very flavoursome too. As the food was so good, I felt compelled to have dessert too! I think they said that the baklava, the apple pie, and the chocolate cake were all vegan, and so i went with the more traditional option of baklava, which came with vegan ice cream.
All the food was fantastic and if it wasn't the last night I'm sure we would have gone again!

They have many vegan options. As a starter I had vegan garlic bread, which was delicious. As a main course I had a traditional rice dish with spinach. It was pretty good as well. Even though we were full, we still got a dessert on the house (some kind of apple pie with strawberry ice cream), which was mouth-watering!

• For dessert - home made Cyprus dessert of candied oranges, with cherry ice cream, and black Cyprus coffee.
I wish i could fine something similar in the troodos, outside the city. We came especially to pafos, after reading the review about it.

We had the vegan mezze and all the dishes were delicious. A beautiful place with friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend you try the vegan mezze. Loads of veg cooked with various sauces and herbs. We then had dessert of baclava and apple pie which we were told was vegan. All food was delicious and we highly recommend visit here!

Vegan Meze - a wonderful trip through cyprus taste - Edit
There were two of us for dinner (you have to be two for the meze menu) and we had a flavourful journey through the Cypriot vegetable garden and the delicacies that this cuisine has to offer. Great selection and very, very plentiful!

I found this place on a vegan travel page and it did not disappoint. We were recommended the vegan mezze and the food was fabulous - so much of it too. We were given a complimentary cherry ice cream at the end which was wonderful and refreshing; even as someone who doesn’t really like ice cream🍨

Read moreHowever, you need to read the menu carefully! There are some dishes in the menu that are marked as vegan but they are in fact only vegetarian, since they contain cheese for example! Apparently it means that these dishes can be made vegan, but if you just order them, trusting their marking, you’ll get a vegetarian dish! So be careful there and rather ask the waiter to specify!
Apart from that the food was nice. Quite expensive though, but good portions. Unfortunately they forgot to veganise our starter (marked vegan, but said to have cheese and butter; I asked for the vegan option, but when they brought it there clearly still was cheese on it), so I ended up giving it to my friends. All in all a mixed experience.

Obviously the menu states vegan as they are vegan!!!!! Are you not aware of vegan cheese and vegan feta? Propably not!!! If you asked for vegan you got a vegan dish with vegan cheese!!!!

I’m not gonna discuss this any further after this comment. If you look at the last page of your menu, the allergens for the garlic bread say “cheese” and “milk”. I don’t doubt you can make it vegan, but I didn’t get the vegan version. In fact, I also told the waiter about it. He apologized and said he can exchange it. I refused because I don’t want food to be thrown away, so I told him that it’s okay and my friends can eat it. Again, I don’t doubt that you can make the dish vegan, but in this case a mistake was made, and it is my right to inform others in a review that this can happen so they should watch out for it. Since you haven’t been present, I would ask you to respect what I have experienced and not just question my observations without knowing it any better. Thank you!

They had quite some vegan options, and the waiter did think along. I had the cauliflower wings, and a pasta. Both were good and came in well-sized portions. The atmosphere was friendly too. Reservations are recommended.

The atmosphere is beautiful, as well as having a very kind staff who all know what vegan is. We orderd 2 meze vegan, starter chickn wings and stuffed mushrooms. And it was sooo much food we couldn’t even finish. So you get much food for the price. The waiter came back all the time and served more and more food and it never seemed to stop hahah :)) I recommend highly going! Aswell them giving us a free desert 🥰🥰

We had the vegan mezze which was so much food! And not just the hummus, tahini and olives you can get at other places. The cauliflower chicken was our favorite.

Very good food in a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating and takes the time to discuss the vegan dishes. The dishes are clearly marked as vegan on the menu. All in all, highly recommended, the best meal I had in Paphos.

I visited after recommendations on social media and we weren't disappointed. We had the vegan Meze and it was beautiful. My husband is also gluten free and they were absolutely superb at adjusting it to accommodate us both. They truly deserve the excellent reviews they get.

Loved it here. Everything from the food, the service, to the ambience of the restaurant was amazing! I got the vegan mezze for 1 and it came with BBQ cauli, rice, sautéed mushrooms, lots of peas, butter beans, potato and deep fried cucumber (?). Everything had so much flavour!! 10/10 will be visiting again😄
