Good version of traditional Bologna food - Edit
Small place with good food, I would defenitey would like to come back and try other dishes in the menu. They have the vegan version of tortellini con brodo, very tipi al from Bologna. I still wanted to try the tortellini fritti!

I had the oven-baked pasta of the day, a tigella, a side of seasonal veggies, and a cookie. The pasta was nice, nothing too wild but good nonetheless. I especially liked the tigella (kinda tasted like a mini-burger with vegan sausage inside), and I loved the pumpkin from the side dish (which also had cauliflower, bit bland, and some other green veg that I can’t remember).

The waitress was SUPER nice! And I liked the ‘vegan’ atmosphere which can be rare to come by these days.

Restaurant is very small inside and has outdoor seating as well. Food took 45 mins to come out and they brought everything out at once. She said it would take 30 mins. Flavors were good and had a lot of different local menu items.

Abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte in questo piccolo ma molto interessante locale di Bologna. Hamburger davvero ottimo, ci sono piaciuti meno le paste fresche tradizionali, ma siamo abbastanza esigenti temo.

Estuve en este sitio solo para llevarme los nuggets de garbanzos porque en ese momento no podía quedarme a cenar. Tiene un centro cultural enfrente y la carta tiene muy buena pinta. Los nuggets estaban espectaculares.

Platos de la cocina de Bologna en versión vegana, muy rico todo. Aconsejamos pedir los tortellini. No nos gustó que en la sala de delante te lo pongan para llevar, mejor comer en las mesitas del restaurante! Lo aconsejamos.

Kleines Bistro mit großer veganer Auswahl. Ich war mehrfach dort, als ich in Bologna war. Ich hatte Kombucha, Tee, Tortellini in Brühe (sehr, sehr lecker), Torta della nonna (extrem gut! leider kein Foto), Nuggets (okayish), Tagliatelle Bolognese (gut), herzhafter Kürbiskuchen (war okay), Tigella (gut). Es gibt nur wenig Sitzplätze, sodass es schnell beengt wurde. Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich. Toilette gibt's im zweiten Raum auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

The "classic" spaghettis were pretty good, kinda reminded me of a comforting childhood food😄the salat was a bit boring and for dessert, i had some kind of cake and pudding in a jar - it was okay.

I had the pumpkin Lasagne. The Pasta was overcooked and the Texture of the Pumpkin Sauce wasnt pretty decent, the salad had too less Dressing. The crostata however wss delicious. My friend had the tagliattelle with ragu. The Pasta was good but the ragu was a Little Bit of a Tomato Sauce with a couple of lentils - it missed some Spices

ZEM Bistro is a cool, punky, little bistro which does a number of delicious pasta dishes. We got one each and they were so good we ended up getting two more!

They had a crowded restaurant and then a cocktail lounge across the street. But you have to go wait in line at the restaurant to pay for the cocktail and then head back across the street to the bar to get it. After that I ended up carrying my drink back to the restaurant. The food was good but the staff didn’t really have the personal touch to make it a very high quality experience

Torteloni dough was too tick and in general there was sauce lacking. My friend had a very very sad pasta pomodoro with a bit of tomato sauce and 3 lentils 🫥 it was literally a college struggle meal and the price we paid didnt correspond to that, we were disappointed

It wasn't tasty, I'm sorry to say this. This is something I see more in vegan places, the lack of fresh vegetables. I ordered the lasagne with bell pepper, zucchini and egg plant. But there were hardly any vegetables in there, just dense layers of pasta with minimal sauce. Place is small but nice.
