The pizza came out cold - Edit
I've never had a pizza served cold. It was weird. It was as if the pizza was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before serving it. The dried tomatoes in particular were actually cold.
Read moreOnce they put the pizza back in the oven, it tasted great. The dough and cheese used is very good.

De las mejores pizzas veganas que he probado - Edit
Por la mañana me encontré al dueño de la pizzería en Choclo y Maiz y nos recomendó mucho la pizza vegana que tienen, el queso lo hacen ahi tengo entendido; me sorprendió gratamente. El único detalle es que la pizza estaba algo aguadita (no dorada) quiero pensar que porque es a la leña.

Wood fire pizza - Edit
Wood fire pizza with vegan cheese. Had one vegan option on the menu with artichoke and portobello mushrooms. Was able to substitute basil for mushrooms one one pizza. Good pizza and nice atmosphere. Was busy and we got a seat at the bar but others needed a reservation.
