Definitely go out of your way to try their vegan ramen

This place is authentically Japanese, so the 4 stars (wish I could do 5) are due to the genuinely delicious vegan ramen they sell. The broth is soy milk and miso based, so it’s really creamy and flavourful which is extremely rare for vegan ramen. Noodles are great as well as the toppings.

This is truly the ultimate vegan ramen.

Update: broth is 10% less flavorful.

Not good

Vegan option is just cutting the protein source from existing items. Very disappointed and expensive for what you get.
